CAREERS CORNER - ISSUEDATE: 13/5/22CAREER ADVISERS MESSAGEAccording to the Influencer Marketing Hub, Influencer Marketing is now a mainstream form of online marketing.Influencers, unlike celebrities, can be anywhere. They can be anyone. What makes them influential is their largefollowings on the web and social media. So, a brand will work with a Market Influencer to market or promote oneof its products or services. The Market Influencer will have a large following of subscribers and will improverecognition of the brand. They are the go-to people who provide the answers to people's questions about thebrand they are promoting. The Market Influencer is paid by the brand they are promoting. Ellese Ferdinands,Social Media Influencer and PhD Graduate, forged her career in the digital space by keeping up with trends inmarketing and content creation within social media.
