Amanda Emenecker, FloridaSuite No. 4 in E-flat Major, BWV 1010 Courante & Sarabande, J.S BachRepresenting the state of Florida, Amanda Emenecker (cello) is currently in Boston, MA pursuing her graduate degree. A Floridian at heart,Amanda grew up in Bradenton, Florida and completed her undergraduatestudies at the University of South Florida in Tampa, where she studied cellowith Scott Kluksdahl and received her Bachelor of Science in Music Education. She is now attending the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, where shemajors in Cello Performance and is studying with Rhonda Rider. Amandahas performed around the United States and abroad in Italy and has playedin masterclasses for renowned musicians including Noreen Polera and HansJørgen Jensen. Passionate about teaching and performing as a soloist,Amanda is also particularly interested in contemporary music, chamber music, and social justice with a focus in mental health advocacy.

Kylie Hansen, TexasBassoon Set Mvt. I & III, Adolphus HailstorkOriginally from Friendswood, Texas, Kylie has been playing the bassoon for twelve years. In high school she was a member of Virtuosi of Houston and traveled with the group to Paris, France for a collaborative concertwith the Paris Conservatory. She attended the University of Kansas underthe direction of Dr. Eric Stomberg, and performed with the KU Wind Ensemble and Symphony Orchestra for four years. During her time at KU she performed at the Kennedy Center in Washington DC as well as the KauffmanCenter in Kansas City. She also traveled to Milan, Italy to perform an operawith the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory orchestra. Kylie is currently a secondyear master's student at the New England Conservatory in Boston studyingunder Marc Goldberg.She is the winner of the 2018 Midwest Double Reed Society YoungArtists Competition. While not playing bassoon Kylie enjoys hanging outwith her two sisters and creating digital art.

Kevin Judge, Jodi Goble, IowaGrand Concerto in F Major, Op. 75 Mvt. I, Johann Nepomuk HummelKevin Judge is a bassoonist committed to bringing a variety of experiences to artistically engaged audiences. Mr. Judge’s work as a performer and teacher has led him to establish an international presence;his orchestral experience has given him the opportunity to perform withvarious orchestras, under the direction of Lorin Maazel, Leonard Slatkin,and Larry Rachleff. Currently, he is the principal bassoonist of the DesMoines Symphony. Mr. Judge's passion for teaching has led him to serveon the faculty at Iowa State University as the bassoon instructor. Prior tohis appointment at Iowa State, he pursued a Master of Music degree atRice University and a Bachelor of Music degree at the University of Iowa.

Parlee Hayden, WisconsinThe Adventures of. , Kevin McKeeBorn in New Orleans, raised in Massachusetts and currently residingin Wisconsin, Parlee Hayden's eclectic trumpet playing has shown throughin numerous endeavors. From combining vocal percussion with trumpet toperforming in pit orchestras, wind, and brass ensembles, Parlee has cultivated a strong passion for musical exploration. She currently studies underJean Laurenz at the University of Wisconsin Madison, and is in her secondyear masters program in Trumpet Performance. In the Spring of 2019 shereceived her Bachelor's degree in both Music Education and Trumpet Performance at the University of Massachusetts Amherst studying under EricBerlin. After completing her masters in the Spring, Parlee plans to beginstudies at Shenandoah Conservatory in the hopes of acquiring a Doctorateof Musical Arts. Antonina Styczen, CaliforniaI Will Not Be Sad In This World, Eve BeglarianAntonina Styczen is a polish flutist. Graduated with distinction fromthe Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, Poland, Queen Sofia College in Music in Madrid, Spain where she attended Jacques Zoon’s flute classand Boston Conservatory at Berklee in Sarah Brady’s flute studio where shepursued her Artist Diploma. Antonina is a winner of Astral Artists 2018 National Auditions and a winner of The National Flute Association Young ArtistCompetition 2019. Laureate of numerous music competitions and beneficentof various scholarships. In 2016 she released her debut album “MieczysławWajnberg: Works for flute”, recorded together with Polish Chamber Philharmonic Orchestra, published by the German recording label TACET. Besidesperforming and teaching, she is a professional horse rider (former v-ce champion of Poland in show jumping). Antonina’s dream is to connect her bothpassions in a novel mix of music and equitation.

Cole Bartels, MinnesotaThoughts on the Death of a Tree, Skye van DuurenOriginally from Moorhead, MN, Cole Bartels is a trombonist currently based inMadison, WI, where he is pursuing Doctor of Musical Arts Degree in trombone performance at the University of Wisconsin. Bartels also holds degrees from the University ofTennessee (MM in trombone performance, Graduate Certificate in music theory pedagogy)and Concordia College (BM in trombone performance.) As a freelance musician, Bartels iscomfortable performing in any genre. In addition to classical, he plays jazz, salsa, commercial, and church music among other styles. He maintains a studio of low brass studentsfrom around southern Wisconsin, regularly teaches masterclasses for school band programs, and serves as a WSMA solo/ensemble adjudicator.Believing in the importance of the music of our time, Bartels has committed himself to the intense study and performance of contemporary music. One of his most recentcollaborative efforts with composer Brian Mark, "Your huddled masses yearning to breathefree" for trombone and delay pedal, was selected as a winner of the 2020 MOZAIK Philanthropy Future Art Awards. As a solo artist he has commissioned over a dozen works fromcomposers such as Colin Holter, Tyler Taylor, Steven Makela, Brianna Ware, and Jorge Variego to name a few. Bartels attened the nief-norf festival as a performance fellow in 2018,and previously attended the Bang on a Can summer festival in 2016. He, along with composer/guitarist Colin Holter, was commissioned to create an improvised score for TheatreB's devised work "The Oil Project" in summer 2015. Cole enjoys spending his free time withhis wife, Leah, and their cat, Stella.

Jeffrey Chapman, OregonTango Etude No. 4 for Solo Flute, Astor PizollaJeffrey Chapman’s musical journey began in the third grade when he startedlearning piano; about a year and a half into piano lessons Jeffrey came across anarticle about the flute player Greg Pattillo. Jeffrey was so inspired that he startedstudying flute both privately and in the school band. Once Jeffrey reached highschool, he started taking music very seriously; Jeffrey joined the Metropolitan YouthSymphony in 2013 and started performing with their flute choir and bands. Jeffreyquickly realized his passion for music and its power to bring people together. Oftenperforming in five separate groups at once, Jeffrey decided that he was going tobuild a career heavily focusing on ensemble performance. In high school, Jeffreystudied under Denise Westby in his hometown of Tigard Oregon, and performed asolo recital including the Suite for Flute and Jazz Piano by composer Claude Bolling.A year later, he hosted a fundraiser concert for the Blanchet House in Portland.Jeffrey is striving to make a more inviting concert environment for the public. From2016 to 2020, Jeffrey studied at the University of Oregon under Molly Barth, andJacqueline Cordova-Arrington. After graduating with his Bachelor's degree in performance, Jeffrey remains in Eugene where he is actively performing.

Patrick Orr, KansasEtude in E-Flat Minor, Op. 39 No. 5, Sergei RachmaninoffPatrick Orr (23) was born and raised in Kingman, KS where he started playing piano at the age of 10, taking lessons from Joan Robinson. At the age of 15, Orrbegan his professional studies with Dr. Julie Bees, Professor of Piano at WichitaState University. Some of Orr’s recent accomplishments include: Winning the GoldMedal at the 2019 International Keyboard Odyssiad Concerto Competition; Winning First Prize in the 2017 Kansas City Symphony’s Annual Young Artist Competition; and receiving Second Prize in the Wolff-Bing Chamber Music Competition.Orr has appeared as a soloist with the Kansas City Symphony, Wichita StateUniversity Orchestra, Friends Community Orchestra, and a pending engagementwith the Arapahoe Philharmonic. Orr has also performed in masterclasses with acclaimed pianists including Leon Fleisher, John Perry, Awadagin Pratt, Dimitry Rachmanov, Lise de la Salle, and Edward Francis.Orr is a recent graduate of the Wichita State University School of Music,where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Piano Performance. Orr plans on obtaining a master's degree in piano performance - after a gap year.

Coreisa Janelle Lee, West VirginiaSyrinx, Claude DebussyCoreisa Janelle Lee, born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, is a recipientof the Manhattan School of Music Pablo Casals award, awarded for extreme musicalaccomplishment and human endeavor. Having 18 years of classical and jazz education, she has made multiple tv appearances and is internationally known. Performing in over 300 venues across the world, Ms. Lee has had many great performanceopportunities, including: touring to Russia as a featured soloist, touring to Spain asprincipal flutist of the New York Youth Symphony, performing multiple times at Carnegie Hall, a solo performance at the Richard Rodgers Amphitheater, and multipleprivate shows with cast from Broadway’s “Hamilton” and “The Great Comet.”Coreisa has had the chance to perform for the United Nations 69th anniversaryalongside classical pianist, Lang Lang, and Pop singer, Sting. As a Rocky Ridge Alum,Coreisa has gone on to receive her Bachelors from Manhattan School of music, herMasters from Bowling Green State University, and currently, Coreisa is receiving herDoctorate in Music as a provost fellow at West Virginia University - studying underNina Assimakopoulos. Contributing to her success, she has had the pleasure ofworking with: James Galway, Misty Copland, Jimmy Kimmel, Meredith Vieira, IanClarke, Lang Lang, Sting, and many more. Her past teachers include: Dr. Conor Nelson (MM, BGSU), Linda Chesis (BM, MSM), Kim Scott Strickland and Dr. Frank E. Adams.

Dawid Myzk, NevadaDeux Danses for Trombone and Piano, Mvt. I: “Danse Sacree”, Jean-Michel DefayeA native of Poland, DAWID MŻYK’s career as an orchestral trombone player has ledhim to perform at Carnegie Hall, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Saint Mark’s Basilica (Italy), Kulturpalast (Dresden), Olavshallen Hall (Trondheim), Wawel Royal Castle (Krakow), Megaron Hall(Athens). He collaborated with the Las Vegas Philharmonic, Krakow Philharmonic, KrakowOpera, Sinfonia Iuventus (Warsaw) and many others. Dawid premiered works by KrzysztofPenderecki and collaborated with the finest Polish conductors. He took part at the IstanbulMuzik Festivali (Turkey), Easter Beethoven Festival (Warsaw), Al Bustan Festival (Lebanon),Festival of the Aegean (Greece); recorded with Jan Kaczmarek (Oscar winner composer); collaborated with world famous film music composers including Hans Zimmer, Patrick Doyle, Elliot Goldenthal, Tan Dun and Alexander Desplat.Dawid is the winner of the New York Golden Classical Solo Competition (invited toperform solo at Carnegie Hall); three-time finalist at the American Trombone Workshop National Solo Competition (Washington, D.C.); winner of the UNLV Concerto Competition; laureate of numerous competitions in Poland such as 3rd prize at the International Master Competition in Warsaw; 1st prize at the National Chamber Music Competition in Warsaw; 3rd prize atthe Ludwik Lutak National Solo Brass Competition in Krakow. Dawid appeared on George Curran’s (NY Phil) “Vital Signs” CD, Joseph Alessi’s (NY Phil) “Quaternity”, and performed at theInternational Trombone Festival and Southeast Trombone Symposium. He graduated from theAcademy of Music in Krakow, Columbus State University and is pursuing his DMA at Universityof Nevada Las Vegas as a Teaching Assistant.

Taeyeong JungNebraskaSonata for Solo Clarinet Mvt. II & III, Ida GotkovskyTaeyeong Jung is a clarinetist pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts atUniversity of Nebraska–Lincoln. Originally from South Korea, he received hisBachelor of Music (B.M.) in clarinet performance at Truman State Universityand Master of Music (MM) at Illinois State University, where he was awardedGraduate Teaching Assistant position.Jung was a member of the Honor Band of America and performed asthe Principal Clarinet for Missouri All-Collegiate Band, Missouri All-CollegiateOrchestra, and Southeast Iowa Symphony. Keen to chamber music, he servedas a Clarinet Chamber Music Coach at Illinois State University and is a founding member of the new music ensemble Uncommon Practice and WoodwindChoir at Truman State University.
