The program will takeplace in Wilmington, Delaware, from 24 August to 27 August 2015.The purpose of the program is to foster discussion between leaders of Delaware’sjuridical and business community and members of the Liberian bench and bar. Topicsinclude an introduction to Delaware’s legal system and the role of an independentjudiciary; the Delaware legislative process; litigation and trial practice in state and federalcourts; and the judiciary’s role in facilitating foreign investment.
