Background: Two Departments Utilizing WIMPennDOTPA State Police (PSP) 13 strategically placedmainline WIM sites. Per vehicle record data ispolled and analyzed daily. Traffic data collectionprogram is based on theguidelines of the FHWATMG and CFR. 24 rest/ramp sites Screen for overweighttrucks to carryout StateEnforcement Plan activitiesand objectives to complywith Title 23 US Code 127.
