ICCL Tube Clamps:Installation of Instrumentation line connections includes Tubes & Tube connectors /Valves. This installation needs the support at various points to avoid sagging, variouslevels of shocks & vibrations.Installation lines consist of various parallel or running over lines in horizontal andvertical directions. Vertical tubing should be supported no more than 1.5 times the maximumhorizontal distance.Tube clamps can be mounted on the plate by welding or on RAIL/TRAY with traymounting clamping design.ICCL Tube clamps have non‐corrosive SS316 metal components (Top/Bottom Plates,Hex Bolts and Mounting Nuts) and Polypropylene (PP) clamp body, Profiled insidesurface with tension clearance. PP clamp body is available either in Green or Bluecolour.These clamps are recommended for systems with Instrument Tubes up to 1” tubeOutside Diameters.Suggested use is standard Pneumatic, hydraulics, and general Tubing construction,small electrical cables subject to moderate levels of shock and vibration.1
