Its forerunner, The NCSINet Associa on, was established in 2000. All the staff and the trainees of NCSI were members of theassocia on. A er the establishment of the founda on, all the members of the associa on haveautoma cally become the trustees of the founda on.The Founda on organises two events in memory and honour of Dr. T.B. Rajashekar viz. Dr. T.B.Rajashekar Memorial Lecture (which is usually held in the month of June to commemorate his deathanniversary) and Dr. T. B. Rajashekar Memorial Seminar (which is usually held in the month ofNovember to commemorate his birth anniversary). The founda on is now joining hands with the LISAcademy in conduc ng a series of webinars for the benefit of LIS students and professionals.
