Worked withExtended University (EU) personnel overseeing this. Meetings were held at UTEP once a week with EUand phone conference calls 1-2 times a month with AP. Worked to move all MSN courses to 7-weekformat, revised admission criteria for NE and NSM programs, worked to develop marketing material forEU to use, provided examples of 7-week scheduling to EU to use, provided material needed for DOEapprovals in several states. After contract with AP was dissolved began working with Pearson toestablish the same type of relationship as AP. Continued to meet with EU and work on program11

Robbins CV 2019changes, marketing material for EU website admission criteria and processes to allow NE and NSMstudents to enroll using rolling admissions.Marketing MSN NE & NSM Programs In 2013 contacted course responsible 8th semester faculty to discuss possibility of the Directors and Italking to this class about UTEP SoN Graduate Programs. Suggested to class that while working toobtain necessary experience to apply to NP Programs they could obtain MSN in either MSN or NE andthen apply as PMSN to NP program of choice after they had obtained necessary experience.Research Strategic Plan Instrumental in providing the impetus for the formation of the original task force of 4 SoN faculty whofocused on the development of a strategic research plan for the School of Nursing. This group met forover a year and a half and added two more members before completion of the final strategic researchplan which was then approved by the School of Nursing Dean.MSN Major Curriculum Revisions Led NP faculty through major curriculum revisions to separate NP concentrations from shared coursesinto individual, NP specific courses, add additional courses and revise existing courses to reflectchanges in accreditation standards applicable to the NP concentrations. Worked with NP faculty to develop course content for new course in Human DevelopmentDoctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Revised and updated the DNP proposal and submitted for approval by the Texas Higher EducationCoordinating Board (THECB).
