This is especially true when the urethaneis above the bottom edge o f the glass, but below the dash. Many technicians use their heads topush against the glass while they are cutting the urethane. This can cause damage to the neck andshould never be done. Neck Savers are made o f plastic sothey will not damage the paint. To use them, you cut thetop and sides o f the glass, push out on the glass and putthe Neck Savers in place.
