The Club must have completed and submitted to their SKA, theirCOVIDSafe Action Plan for all facilities.COVID-19 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND VOLUNTARY ACCEPTANCE OF RISKBy entering or participating in this Karting activity/event, all Essential Karting Personnel and Permitted Personsacknowledge that, even with rigorous capacity and control measures that Karting Australia requires the OrganisingClub to put in place at all Karting Australia sanctioned Karting activities/events, there remains an unquantifiable risk oftransmission of viral illness including COVID-19 at a Karting activity/event at this time and you have considered thatrisk and your own personal circumstances, including any health condition or vulnerability that you may have or that ofpersons whom you will be in close contact with following your attendance at a Karting activity/event. Youacknowledge that, for a small number of people, COVID-19 has very serious health consequences. 3. SPECIFIC COVID-19 RESTRICTION AND MITIGATION REQUIREMENTSTHE CLUB HAS COMPLETED A COVIDSafe ACTION PLANThe Plan has been submitted to Karting WA and where required by law, to the relevant State Government Department.All actions identified as being required to be done to create a COVIDSafe Event and Club facility must be carried prior to andduring the Event.1.PERMITTED AND NON-PERMITTED PERSONS1.1.1.2.No person who has symptoms consistent with COVID-19 (this includes any fever, respiratorysymptoms, shortness of breath, sore throat, cough, lack of smell or fatigue) is permitted toattend the Circuit or participate in the Event.Any person who starts to feel unwell or to exhibit symptoms of COVID-19 during the Eventmust immediately avoid contact with all persons at the Circuit and MUST IMMEDIATELY LEAVEthe Circuit.Note – The Organising Club must ensure that the maximum number of people (the combined total of EssentialPersonnel and Permitted Persons) permitted to gather in total at an Event and in groups in accordance with StatePublic Health Authority Orders/Directions/Regulations is not exceeded at any time prior to or during the Event.1.3.1.4.1.5.2.2.1.2.2.3.Essential Karting Personnel is defined as: Club President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary; and COVIDSafe Officer Essential Officials identified in Section 1.7 and 1.8 of these Regulations First Aid Attendant; and Administration and Access Control Attendant/s Event Operations staff (includes but is not limited to canteen staff, cleaners etc).Permitted Persons A Licensed Driver (Driver) who has booked their entry in the Event plus a maximum of Unlimited other peopleper kart who must be either:o The Parent, Legal Guardian, or family member of the Driver; oro The Participant License Holder for the Driver; oro A Mechanic whose sole task it is, is to prepare, adjust, repair the kart as may be required; A Person who is approved by the Club to supply karting components and provide specialised karting service toany Permitted Persons in attendance at the Activity.Non-Permitted PersonsSPECTATORS are permitted to be in attendance.SOCIAL DISTANCING AND DENSITY REQUIRMENTSGovernment prescribed Social Distancing measures must be observed at all times.The use by Permitted Persons of any indoor facilities is strictly limited by the Density Quotient of the room asincluded in the Club’s COVIDSafe Action Plan.KARTING AUSTRALIA COVID-19 DECLARATION3.1Under NO circumstances is ANYONE who has been overseas, or in a declared COVID-19 hotspot, in the previous 14days or been in contact with a person who is known to be COVID-19 positive, permitted to attend the Circuit.All Essential Karting Personnel and Permitted Persons MUST complete the compulsory State Government issuedQR Code Check-In before the commencement time of the Activity.4.4.14.24.34.4HYGIENE FACILITIES - TOILET/WASHROOM FACILITIES and HAND SANITISERThe Club is required to provide facilities to ensure general and sensible hygiene practices are maintained.Toilet and washroom facilities at the Circuit must be open and available for use.Washroom facilities must be properly equipped with liquid soap, running water and either air hand driers or papertowels. The toilets and washroom facilities must be cleaned at least once during the day or as otherwise required inaccordance with the Club’s COVIDSafe Action PlanIt is strongly recommended that Essential Karting Personnel and Permitted Persons bring their own supply of handsanitiser for use in accordance with government recommendations in addition to hand sanitiser that is supplied bythe Club.SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS: Goldstar Round 1DATE OF ISSUE: 11/01/2021Page 4 of 8

5.5.1HYGIENE – NON-SHARING OF EQUIPMENTThe sharing of any equipment including but not limited to: tools, apparel, safety equipment, pens is not permitted.4. COMPETITION1.FORMAT OF RACING2.Practice1 Practice session of 5 minutes will be held.There Will be Timed Qualifying at this Event.There will be one (1) Qualifying session of 6 minutesThe order of Karts on the grid for the commencement of Qualifying will be determined by orderof entries received into CMS.a) Unless otherwise specified in Supplementary Regulations, each Round of the Series will consistof, and be conducted in the following manner:i)One (1) Qualifying Session: Minimum of six (6) minutes duration for each Class orDivision. CIRCUIT SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS1.PADDOCK ALLOCATIONPaddock allocation Will occur for the Meeting2.MEDICAL SERVICES2.1.Any Medical assistance that is required outside of the operating hours when Kart’s are not on the Race Trackplease contact 000. The address to give to the Emergency Services is:Tiger Kart Club – Cockburn International Raceway6 Gemma RoadHENDERSON WA 6964 (Nearest intersecting street is Cockburn Road)3.KART RETRIEVAL3.1.Pit Crew with trolleys will not be given access to the Circuit during Qualifying and Racing.3.2.Retrieval of Karts is at the discretion of the Clerk of the Course3.3.Pit Crew must only enter the Circuit when permitted by the Grid Marshal and then only if wearing a HIGHVISIBILITY SAFETY VEST on the upper torso.Karts can be retrieved via the In Grid or Out Grid at the discretion of the Clerk of Course and Grid Marshall.3.4.4.ADDITIONAL VENUE REQUIREMENTS4.2.Subject to any applicable laws which may govern the access of animals, including but not limited to guide dogs,no animals are allowed anywhere within the facility.No dumping of Fuel please make own arrangements.4.3.Please leave tyres in tyre bins provided.4.4.No unlicenced driving of motor vehicles permitted at the Circuit.4.5.4.6.No scooters (motorized or otherwise), mini bikes, drones, roller blading, skateboards and tricycles allowed at thecomplex during the entire Meeting.
