Women’s Race CommentsAs seen below Tipp has raced well this season and based on the virtual meetshould win the conference title. There is one problem however, races are not runon paper but rather on grass therefore you can take this virtual meet informationand throw it in the trash.After earning a close victory over Tipp at the Miami County Championships andwinning on a tie-breaker against Tipp last week, all team members should be wellaware that EVERY SINGLE PLACE WILL MATTER IN DETERMING WHOWINS THE CONFERENCE TITLE! No one needs to do a superhuman feat towin, just execute your race strategy, adapt if something unexpected occurs, and runto the best of your ability. Control what you can control and let go of all the thingsthat are beyond your control.If you are not one of the top seven ladies on the squad your role is crucial to overallteam success as well. Our team members #8-15 can and should be able to beat atleast the conference seventh place team and team members #16- should place aswell. Push yourselves and your teammates to preform to the best of their capabilities.
