Dear Friends,BITS OF LIGHT 2020never before have we looked back on a year such as this one. 2020 wasa year of challenges, one where together we faced the unexpected andhad to find ways of dealing with new circumstances. Although this yearmade inspiration hard to come by and there were few reasons to rejoicein beauty, we still kept to our mission. We have managed to create andinstall a great number of beautiful lighting installations across the world.And it would not have been possible without your support and ideas.In the United States, we managed to light up projects from West to  East,whether it was in the mingling of glass and metal in the FairmontSan José Hotel, the Peak Restaurant of the greatest developmentin  the  USA  – Hudson Yard – or the Four Seasons Chicago.In order for us to bring beauty directly to your homes, we’ve alsodecided to create a wholly new category of product – LASVITICONS. We offer a selection of five iconic designs which we providein  a few  ready-to-order standardizations.Beside lighting, LASVIT has also made a splash in the field of glass forarchitecture. Our company headquarters in Czech Republic received oneof the greatest prizes in the architectural field – the Dezeen Award 2020for Business Building of the Year.It was a difficult year, and more than ever before I would like to say:Thank you. The iris-coloredglass bubbles which hang from thelobby’s ceiling let one dive underthe  surface without ever getting theirfeet wet.
