It, also, includes obtaining, processing, and recording of the deathcertificate and burial permit. You may select individual goods and services from the General Price List itemized section, preceding thissection. Instead of Itemized Prices, you may also select one of the following package prices which includes the itemized goods and service listed at a price that is discounted fromthe itemized rate. You may add to, but not delete items from the package pricing.IMPORTANT NOTE: We have discounted the price of the items included in these packages; compared to the price of the same set of goods and services selected on anitemized basis.
