Larger events may require a minimum 2week cancellation, or more, as stipulated in your eventcontract.EXCEPTIONS: Small additions in guest count (up to fivepersons) and minor time changes may be accepted 24hours prior to the day of the order. Orders outside of thecut-off deadline will be reviewed and, depending on thecircumstances (ex: memorial services, weather,emergencies), may be accepted if business levels andscheduling allow.MINIMUMS: There is a 10-person minimum for buffetorders or items sold by the person. The minimum for acatering order is 150 all inclusive.DELIVERY DROP OFF: A delivery fee will be assessedbased on your location. The delivery charge for ordersoutside the Colorado Springs metro area are dependent onthe distance and logistical details of the delivery location.Locations outside of El Paso County will require additionalmileage charges of 1.65 per mile.DELIVERY SCHEDULING: We are available from 5 amto 6 pm for setups and drop off delivery orders. There is a15-minute window on either side of your requesteddelivery time. That is: your food could arrive 15 minutesbefore or 15 minutes after the time you requested. We willalways allow plenty of time for set up which depends onyour menu.CATERING FOR SPECIAL EVENTS: We are availablefor events 24 hours a day and allow for staffing andplanning on a per event basis. We cater everything fromweddings, movie and commercial shoots, corporateevents, VIP evens, graduation parties, open houses, andholiday parties.MATERIALS,TRANSPORT,ANDEVENTCOORDINATION (MTC): This percentage is calculatedon events that require setup or service staff. MTC includesall serving equipment, décor, serving pieces and buffetlinens as well as the cost to transport, loadingbetween the hours of 7:00am-6:00pm Tuesday throughSaturday subject to catering minimums.EQUIPMENT PICKUP: Pickups are done betweenPAYMENT: All orders that are placed for delivery maybe paid by check, credit card, cash, or online before theitems are provided. If you need to be invoiced for yourevent, please call our office at 719-635-0200.TERMS: Any large event over 500 requires a deposit of50% to hold the date. The balance is due the day prior tothe event date.WHAT’S INCLUDED: All lunch and dinner menusinclude eco-friendly disposable-ware.
