Raw material melts in the cupola furnaceat a temperature of 1450 C after weighing. Then fibre is produced in the high-speed four-roller centrifugalmachine, followed by adhesive spraying. Metal parts or equipment exposed in an environment subject tocorrosion must be kept dry. Their surface must have had anti-corrosion treatment before the installation. In theindustrial insulation, metal cladding must be protected by insulation such as aluminium or other metal materials thatare unlikely to trigger chemical reactions like corrosion. Vertical and round joints shall be fixed by screws with metalplates or rivets. All joints should be sealed to waterproof by sealant. Aluminium foil is highly preferred. Vertical orcross joints shall be sealed by self-adhesive aluminium foil tape of which width is 75mm.
