AMERICAN UNIVERSITY OF ANTIGUACOLLEGE OF MEDICINEandDOMINICAN COLLEGEARTICULATION AGREEMENTAGREEMENT this 6th day of February, 2013, by and between American University ofAntigua, College of Medicine (hereinafter “AUA”), Manipal Education Americas LLC, One BatteryPark Plaza, 33rd Floor New York, NY, 10004; and Dominican College, 470 Western Highway,Orangeburg, NY 10962.WHEREAS, Dominican College has presented the information attached as Exhibit Aregarding the curriculum and course content for the following program leading to the Bachelorof Arts in Biology.WHEREAS, both parties are desirous of assuring qualified graduates of those programs ofacceptance for admission to AUA in accordance with the terms of this agreement.NOW, THEREFORE, both parties agree as follows:1.AUA will offer admission to its educational program leading to the Doctor of Medicinedegree to graduates of Dominican College programs described in Exhibit A or asotherwise reviewed and approved in writing by AUA (hereinafter the “ApprovedPrograms”) in accordance with the terms of this agreement.2.In addition to completing one of the Approved Programs, a student also must meet thefollowing minimum requirements in order to be admitted to AUA pursuant to thisagreement:a.An overall Grade Point Average of 3.25 or higher;Manipal Education Americas, LLC agent forAmerican University of AntiguaOne Battery Park Plaza, 33rd Floor, New York, NY 100041-888-282-8633www.auamed.org

b.A Grade Point Average of 3.25 or higher in pre-requisite courses required by AUA.c.No more than one “F” or “D” grade in any pre-requisite course required by AUA. Ifcandidate receives an “F” or “D” in a given pre-requisite class, he/she will have oneopportunity to repeat the course and must earn a minimum passing grade of “C.”d.Beginning for the February 2013 cohort, the MCAT will be mandatory foradmission. In accordance with our holistic, overall approach to evaluatingstudents, AUA will not use MCAT scores as a condition for acceptance into theUniversity, but scores are required to matriculate.Only accepted students who are U.S. citizens, nationals or eligible permanentresidents will be required to submit copies of their scores—listing all attempts.Canadian students and International students do not have to fulfill thisrequirement.e.A recommendation for admission from the Biology department at DominicanCollege.f.A recommendation for admission by an AUA Admission Officer who hasinterviewed the applicant.3.AUA represents that requirements for earning the M.D. degree are described in the AUASchool of Medicine Catalog. Dominican College will offer admission to its Biology programs leading to a Bachelor ofArts or Bachelor of Science degree to graduates of the American International College ofArts and Sciences - Antigua program described in Exhibit A or as otherwise reviewed andapproved in writing by Dominican College (hereinafter the “Approved Programs”) inaccordance with the terms of this agreement.2.
