THE OPERATIONS ORDER TEMPLATEThe Following OPORD Template was created for use at the Maneuver Captain’s CareerCourse (MCCC). It was tried and tested through the MCCC and then used during myCompany Commands. It can be applied to PLT, CO, or BN Tactical Operations.As a Company Commander, I incorporated it into our Company Battle Book (SOP) withwaterproof, heavy duty, tear-resistant paper. This allowed leaders to fill it in with map markeror pencil and easily erase for re-use.It is formatted with the slides alternating (see page number in the top right corner) to facilitatefront/back printing. To Print, click on File Print 2 Slides Per Page Print on Both Sides(Flip on Long Edge). Once Printed, cut each slide to give you two-sided cards. I recommendprinting on cardstock and laminating the cards once you have printed and cut them.I hope this template helps.
