1. ForewordWhat a difference a year madeThis time last year, just after we decided on a set of measures againstcoronavirus, we had to come up with ways to continue implementing ourhands-on sustainability initiative remotely. This report bears witness to theprogress we have made in reducing discretionary plastic use throughout oursupply chain, promoting the use of recycled materials, such as PET polyester,in our apparel and PPE production, and transforming our workspaces intosmarter workspaces. While we look forward to returning to them as soon asit is safe to do so, we are pleased that this will begin a new, fresher, far moresustainable normal.ROTTERDAMSINGAPOREHOUSTONDUBAI3 / 21
