If you do not get an email reply back from theMatch Secretary it most likely means we did not get it and you need to try to contact again usingan appropriate means of communication such as phone, email or mail.DOGS ELIGIBLE TO ENTERThis Match is open to all dogs fifteen (15) months of age or older that are registered with theAmerican Kennel Club or that have AKC Limited Registration, Purebred AlternativeListing/Indefinite Listing Privileges (PAL/ILP) or approved Foundation Stock Service (FSS)breeds or Canine Partners Program are eligible to participate.Dogs with a Purebred Alternative Listing/Indefinite Listing Privileges (PAL/ILP) must be spayedor neutered in order to compete. Wherever the word “dog” is used it includes both sexes.COURSE WALK-THROUGHS AND WARM-UP INFORMATIONHandlers will be able to walk each course prior to the start of each class. No dogs will beallowed on course during this time. Handlers with multiple dogs may request to walk with adifferent height other than the one they are entered in to help accommodate conflicts. ADDITIONAL EXHIBITOR INFORMATIONTARPS ARE TO BE USED UNDER ALL CRATES1. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PERMITTED ON SHOW GROUNDS.2. All dogs must be on leash when not competing in the ring or at thepractice jump.3. Exhibitors, through submission of entry, acknowledge that they are familiar with AKC agilityrules and regulations and that their dogs are familiar with and able to perform all obstaclessafely.4. No entry fee will be refunded if the match cannot open or be completed by reason of riots,civil disturbances, fire, an act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, or anyother cause beyond the control of the organizing committee.5. Telegraph, telephone, email, AKC online entries, fax, and unsigned entries will not beaccepted.6. All refund requests received prior to the close of entries will be charged a 3.00 per dogprocessing fee. After closing, a refund of entries minus 5/dog/day for injured dogswill be granted when a veterinarian’s letter is presented as proof to the MatchSecretary prior to the start of the Match. Must use official Vet Letter Head. Refundsfor bitches in season pulled from the trial after the closing date will be charged a 5administrative fee and must provide a veterinarian’s letter as proof as stated forinjured dogs.7. All calls to the Match Secretary must be before 9PM Mon – Fri or 9am-9pm Sat / Sun.8. Entries not on official AKC entry forms or photocopies of entry forms without agreementand rules printed on the reverse side of the Official AKC Entry Form are NOT acceptableand will be returned!9. Postdated checks and returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. BVTC will add acollection fee of 30.00 to the amount of each returned check.10. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms. Entry fees do not have to berefunded in event of such error.11. Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs at the show site. Failure to do sowill result in dismissal.12. Dogs may arrive any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required forfurther judging will be excused.13. Judges will not wait for any dog holding up the judging schedule. Owners or agents aloneare responsible for the presence of their dogs in the agility ring when they are called to bejudged.14. It is expressly understood that every dog and child at this Match are in the care, custodyand control of its owner, handler, or parent during the entire time the dog or child is on thetrial premises. Any exhibitor whose dog and/or child create unnecessary disturbances orrepeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior, may, at the discretion of the TrialCommittee, be asked to leave the show site. In such case, no refund of any fees will bemade.15. Neither HKC nor BVTC are responsible for the loss of, damage to, or death of any dogexhibited, or the possessions of any participant, whether the result of accident or any othercause.16. Declination of Entries: The HKC and BVTC may decline any entries for cause and mayrefuse to receive or may remove dogs on account of disease, viciousness or other causesand no one shall have any claim or recourse against the Northern Virginia Brittany Club orany official thereof.17. Match Secretary is not responsible for incorrectinformation on any entry. Match Secretary is notresponsible for entries or emails not received on time ornot received at all. It is the responsibility of theexhibitor to follow up on unanswered communicationwith the secretary.18. HKC/BVTC will have refunds at the match but if not they will be mailed after thematch.MOVE UPSPer American Kennel Club Regulations for Agility Trials, dogs may be moved up to a higher class, at therequest of the Owner, as a result of qualifying for an agility title.Before the Match, move-ups may be made prior to the move-up deadline via email totrialsec@ptd.net or USPS in writing to Kelly Radcliff at 730 Mt.
