Production CoordinatorAs a member of the Overshadowed production staff, the Production coordinator shall: Be responsible to the Executive Producer and Board of DirectorsOversee all aspects of the productionOversee auditions and call backsProvide all necessary forms for auditionsCommunicate costume, make-up, set, color schemes, and lighting concepts to appropriate production staff members In a timely and routine mannerCall and conduct weekly production meetingsWork with the Stage Manager and /or Artistic Director to make casting callsMake sure that a rehearsal schedule is prepared and distributed by the directorPrepare a cast list, staff list, list of rehearsal dates and locations, and a rehearsal conflict list anddistribute these as well as Policies, bio sheets, and any others paperwork, at the read through.Distribute scriptsAssume final responsibility for castingArrange for show mementos and collect paymentCooperate with the Stage Manager to set cues and sound and light levels during Tech weekFacilitate communication between members of the production staff and serve as an intermediary between production staff, Executive Producer, and Board of DirectorsCommunicate the policies of Overshadowed to the productions staffand cast and insure that those policies are carried outCoordinate publicity photos between all Department headsPrepare a written report to be presented to the Board of Directors monthlyArtistic directorAs a member of the Overshadowed Production staff, the Artistic director shall: Be responsible to the Production CoordinatorPresent a format for auditions to the Production Coordinator at the first production meetingPrepare an audition letter for distribution at auditionsAttend and conduct auditions and call backsWork with the Vocal Director and Choreographer to determine a rehearsal scheduleAttend all rehearsalsAttend all production meetingsCommunicate progress and concerns to the Productions CoordinatorOrchestra and Vocal responsibilities will be listed in January 2006. 630.250.7518 630.258.3293 www.overshadowedproductions.com

Stage ManagerAs a member of the Overshadowed Production Staff, the stage manager shall: Be responsible to the Artistic DirectorAttend all production meetingsTake cast attendance during rehearsalsContact absent cast membersMaintain an accurate prompt book, which includes all blocking, cues, and Notes for the showObtain all crew membersConduct safety talk during tech weekexplain regulations for all cast and crew membersComplete a pre-show check listAssist with strikeMake sure cast receives rehearsal schedule: keep them advised of any changesSet up rehearsal space with furniture and props prior to each rehearsal and remove them at end of each rehearsalWalk through scene for any absent cast memberWork with Properties persontake complete control of back stageWarn cast members of time before performanceTechnical DesignerAs a member of the Overshadowed Production staff, the Technical Designer shall: Be responsible to the Artistic DirectorAttend production meetingsDesign a light and sound plotwork with Artistic Director to order and obtain materials and suppliesAttend all technical rehearsals and performancesHang and focus lightsSet light and sound cues and levelsConduct sound check no later than forty-five minutes before curtain of each performanceconduct light strikeRetain and submit all receipts to Artistic Director no later than two weeks after closing 630.250.7518 630.258.3293 www.overshadowedproductions.com

Property ManagerAs a member of the Overshadowed production staff, the Properties Manager shall: Be responsible to the Production Coordinator, and Stage ManagerAttend all production meetingsAttend all performancesWork with Artistic Director and Stage Manager to determine the required props and set piecesLocate all hand props, set props and set furnitureProvide master prop list to the Stage ManagerProvide props for rehearsalsOrganizze props 30 minutes props to a performanceClean props during and after performances as necessarySecure props after rehearsal and performancesBe present a t strike to return props to owners or stareRetain and submit all receipts for props to Production Coordinator no later than two weeks after closingCommunicate openly and routinely with the Stage Manager regarding progress and concernsCostume DesignerAs a member of the Overshadowed Production staff, the costume designer shall: Be responsible to the Production CoordinatorAttend production meetingsDesign a costume and color conceptTake measurements of all cast membersRent, make or obtain all necessary costume pieces for the productionCoordinate costume fittings with the Stage Manager between scene rehearsalsRetain and submit all receipts for costumes to Production Coordinator no later than two weeks after closingBe available or assign someone to be available during performances to make necessary costume repairsBe present during strike to collect and return all costumesMake-up/Hair designerAs a member of the Overshadowed Production Staff, the Hair/Make-up designer shall: Be responsible to the Technical CoordinatorAttend production meetingsProvide a make-up design for each cast memberAssemble a make-up crewRetain and submit all receipts to Production Coordinator no later than two weeks after closingBe present at strike to collect wigs and make-up 630.250.7518 630.258.3293 www.overshadowedproductions.com

Set DesignerAs a member of the Overshadowed Production Staff, the Set designer shall: Be responsible to the Artistic directorAttend production meetingsDesign setMeet with set construction Forman to discuss methods and concernsMeet with Artistic director to schedule work days and timesAssist with construction of set and set piecesAssist with finishing touches on the setConduct set strike onstageRetain and submit all receipts to the technical coordinator no later than two weeks after closingEnsure that space is left clean and organizedHouse ManagerAs a member of the Overshadowed Production Staff, the House Manager shall: Attend all production meetingsObtain necessary workers for ushers and concessionArrive 60 minutes before doors openSecure seats for patronsCollect tickets and secure moneyOversee concessions and/or souvenirs salesBe on hand to handle any questions or problems from the audienceClean and secure building after each performance 630.250.7518 630.258.3293 www.overshadowedproductions.com
