Dedicated to the cosmetology industry, our team is proud of our ability to producequality cosmetologists, who are trained to thrive in an industry that holds excellent opportunities forpersonal and financial success.HISTORYRudy & Kelly Academy of Hair & Nails was established in 1997 when owner Rudy Russo, a successfulhairstylist, multi-salon owner and local entrepreneur, sought an outlet to share his passion for the beautyindustry with future hairstylists through education. When the opportunity arose to join the burgeoningPaul Mitchell Schools network in 2004, Rudy & Kelly Academy eagerly became a Paul Mitchell PartnerSchool. Since 2004, the school has continued to improve its ability to educate students. Rudy & Kelly Academy, A PaulMitchell Partner School is 18,000 square feet fully equipped to meet all the demands of modern hairand skin care, while at the same time providing a high-tech atmosphere and attitude for progressivepersonal development. The facilities include student lounge and lockers, client reception and work areas,management offices, private classrooms, workstations, and equipment, and additional student resourcematerials.Our clinic floor has a spacious appearance with 60 styling areas, 6 dryers, a nail clinic and one receptiondesk. Our washhouse contains 12 sinks. Restrooms are available at the front and at the rear of theschool. Our general classroom has the capacity to seat 250 students with room for additional seating.Two additional classrooms seat 30 students with additional seating capacity. The student break room islocated at the rear of the facility for use at lunch and during breaks. As a part of the fashion industry, ourpublic appearance is important to us. We take pride in maintaining a clean, well-kept facility.Rudy & Kelly Academy, A Paul Mitchell Partner School is a single-level facility. There are no wheelchairramps into the building and the school does not have an elevator. The school has handicap bathroomsand drinking water facilities available.
