Key Findings from this ResearchThis study provides several insights and actionable take-aways for HR professionals:1.Consistently measure employee engagement. Most companies with rising levels ofemployee engagement have measured it at least every year for the past three yearsor more. Commit to measuring employee engagement regularly to check progress.2.Involve all managers in action planning.
