The purpose of Jesus’s advent onto earthJesus Christ came unto earth to convert selfcentered people into GOD centered people.Jesus said: “I have come onto this earth not tofulfill my desires but to abide by the will of myFather.”3

The Essence of Christmas is Giving and SharingWhen the son of God came onto this earth asthe son of man, he did not have any shelter.Christ was born in a cow shed. The angelsrevealed the secret (being Son of GOD) ofChrist's birth to few people. They in turn asked4

the son of God: "When there are so many richand educated people, how is it that only wehave been blessed with your sight?" He replied:"I came down onto the earth only for your sakeand hence you are able to see Me.”The birthday of Jesus isChristmas. Jesus said: "Manhappy merely by possessinggood clothes. Therefore givetoo.”celebrated ascannot remaingood food andhim some LoveThe very essence of Christmas is giving andsharing.5

Santa Claus, the embodiment of NicholasThere is a story as to why people exchange giftson the day of Christmas: Nicholas was the sonof a priest. Once in his childhood, he heard thatwhoever does charity secretly, GOD's Gracebestows upon them. These words touched hisHeart. Once, Nicholas heard a poor man telling6

his friend: "I have three daughters who are yetto get married. I am planning to conduct themarriage of my eldest daughter but I ampenniless." Thereforeone night Nicholas went to the house of thatpoor man and secretly threw a purse thatcontained all his savings through a window.The next day when the poor man saw themoney, he was elated that Jesus has protectedhim by providing the requisite money. Heutilized the money and performed the marriageof his eldest daughter with great grandeur.After a while Nicholas once again threw amoney bag into the house of the poor man.The poor man conducted the marriage of hissecond daughter also with that money secretlyprovided by Nicholas.7

But the poor man now felt that he was beinghelped by someone secretly and wanted to seehim at any cost. Therefore he informed hisfriend of his plan to conduct the marriage of histhird daughter. From that day onwards, he keptan eye upon the window from where themoney bags were thrown into his house. Thusone day Nicholas was caught red-handedly.The work of Nicholas is still alive today in theform of Santa Claus giving away gifts secretlyon the eve of Christmas. Therefore Nicholas iscurrently represented by Santa Claus. HenceChristmas implies sharing Love and doingService.8

It is impossible that a rich man attains theKingdom of HeavenOncearichmanapproached Jesus andasked: “Please accept meas your disciple.” Jesus inturn asked the rich man:“Do you possess anyproperty?” The rich manconfirmedofhispossession.Then Jesussaid: "You sell off your entire property anddistribute it among the poor. Only then you canfollow me." The rich man was not seen again.Therefore Jesus said: “It is possible to take outan elephant from the hole of a needle but it isimpossible that a rich man attains the Kingdomof Heaven.”9

A Jnani always looks only the good in othersOnce when Jesus was travelling along with hisdisciples, they came across the corpse of a dog.The disciples unable to bear the foul smell ofcorpse closed their nose. But Jesus said," Lookat the shining teeth of the dog."A Jnani always looks only the good in others.10

If GOD starts testing us, our faithvanishes awayJesus said: “It is better that you lose yourbreathe rather than losing your faith.”Once, the disciples of Jesus started singing that‘Jesus is the son of GOD.’ Jesus knew that theirfaith was not true. The next day Jesus took his11

disciples in a boat into the sea. When the boatreached the middle of the sea, Jesus created astorm. Forgetting Jesus to be son of GOD, thedisciples started screaming out of fear of death.Jesus stopped the storm when the boat wasabout to get drowned. Jesus calmly closed hiseyes and said: “You Faithless people, YouFaithless people. You don’t know what Faith is.Why do you sing: ‘Jesus is the son of GOD’? Ifyou really trust me to be the son of GOD, whyare you afraid of the storm? You possesscrookedness."Our Faith is very little. If GOD starts testing usour faith vanishes away.12

Your proposition is similar to asking theMarriage party as to why they are not fastingOnce, the 12 disciples of Jesus whoconstituted the inner circle sat in front ofhim. The people who visited Jesus askedthe disciples: "Today being veryauspicious, one should fast. But why areyou all not fasting today?" The disciplescould not answer back. "Oh! Lazarus, Oh! Lazarus, Come out"There were two sisters who loved their onlybrother to a great extent. However suddenlythe brother expired and the two sisters couldnot contain their sorrow. One day Jesusincidentally visited the two sisters. They toldJesus about the death of their only brother andcried uncontrollably. Jesus said: "Even I will cryalong with you." Saying thus even Jesus criedfor a while. Then Jesus asked them to take himto the burial ground where their brother wascremated. Unable to bear the sorrow of thosesisters, Jesus called out: "Oh! Lazarus, Oh!Lazarus, Come out." Then Lazarus came out.Jesus then said: " It is not my profession tobring alive the dead ones. I cried only because Iwas unable to bear your sorrow. Still I was notcontended. Hence I give back your brother toyou." Saying thus Jesus left the place.14

The futility of performing MiraclesJesus performed certainmiracles. For instance, whenthere was a shortage offood, he would convert 20fishes into 200 fishes. Onceit happened that Jesusgranted sight to a blind man.When Jesus saw that blindman after 10 years, he saw him totally ruined.He was ruined in as many ways as he could beruined. When Jesus asked him the reason forhis downfall, he pointed out Jesus to be thecause. Jesus was very surprised for beingblamed. The blind man told Jesus: "Yougranted me eyes which attracted me towardsall the worldly things. Therefore I am ruined."Jesus thus made us understand the futility ofmiracles.15

The Guru Knows in advance the tendenciesthat we possessJesus had 12 disciples whobelieved Jesus to be GOD Himself.One of them called Peter stillpossessed the tendency of cravingfor money. One day Peter wasrepeatedly proclaiming Jesus to bethe son of GOD. Then Jesus said, "Today, youproclaim that I am the son of GOD; But you stillpossess the craving for money. You will handover me for a mere bribe of 30Rs." Theexternal Guru, being the indweller, knows inadvance the tendencies that we possess.Peter accordingly handed over Jesus for mere30Rs. He even remembered the words of Jesusthen but still could not overcome his weakness.However later Peter hanged himself and couldnot enjoy the money.16

Jesus handed over His Mother to His disciple‘Yohan’ and not to His brothersExcept Yohan, all the other disciples ran awayat the time of crucifixion of Jesus; not that theydid not trust Jesus but they feared beingcrucified. Before crucifixion, Jesus called hisMother ‘Mary’ and said: "I did not have anyhouse to live in till date. I also do not ask you to17

live in any other’s house. I am your son only tilltoday. From tomorrow onwards, Yohan, mydisciple, would be your son. You stay at hishouse." Jesus had brothers who were notrighteous. Jesus knew that they would not lookafter his mother. But Jesus neither spoke ill ofthem nor asked his Mother to stay with hisbrothers. Therefore Jesus became GOD Himself.Handing over his Mother to Yohan, Jesus said:"Till today, she has been my Mother. Fromtomorrow on wards, she is your Mother. Lookafter her carefully." Yohan promised Jesusaccordingly.Mother Mary lived for 12 more years aftercrucifixion of Jesus. In order to keep his word,Yohan never moved out of his village as long asMother Mary was alive ie for 12 years.It was only after Mother Mary left this worlddid Yohan go out for preaching.18

‘I and My Father are one and the same’Jesus was crucified. Even the ego within usneeds to be crucified. At the time of crucifixion,Jesus uttered thus out of intense pain (as partof natural course of body): "Oh! Yahova, haveyou abandoned me? Have you forgotten me?"19

Jesus then immediately corrected his words:"Oh! Father, considering that You haveforgotten me is a mistake on my part. Are weseparate from each other? Now I understandthat I and My Father are one and the same."Only then did Jesus attain Immortality andOneness with Universal Self. When the bodyconsciousness has been crucified, Jesusunderstood that Father and Son are one andthe same.20

Yahova implies ‘I AM THAT I AM’Yahova doesn’t refer toany person. Yahovaimplies Existence.Yahova implies:"I AM THAT I AM".Until and unless youexperience the Existencein the form of 'I' (ie Untilyou experience ‘I AMTHAT I AM’), you cannotget rid of the body consciousness.As long as you identify yourselves with the NonSelf, you are a sinner. You are the Blessed oneonly when you experience the Self as 'I'.21

You are bestowed with abundantGrace of GodWhen Mother Mary saw Jesus speaking outpeacefully in spite of being crucified, she said:You are able to speak so peacefully even insuch a painful state only because ‘You arebestowed with abundant Grace of God.’22

The Kingdom of Heaven was granted to thethief crucified along with JesusTwo more people were crucified along withJesus. One of them said: "Jesus, I am a thief. Iam being crucified for my wrong deeds. This isjustifiable. But why are you being crucified forall your good deeds? "In spite of being a thief,he gracefully accepted all his sins and alsorecognized Jesus. Therefore Jesus said: "Youshall sit on a throne beside Me in The Kingdomof Heaven."23

Crucifixion for the sake of Other’s made it aGood FridayThe day on which Jesus was crucified is calledas Good Friday. Why isn't it called as a bad/fatalFriday? Since Jesus was crucified for the sake ofothers, it is called as 'Good Friday'.24

Jesus practically displayed ‘I AM THAT I AM’Jesus declared that he would come alive on thethird day from the date of crucifixion. Fearingthat it may come true, Romans dug a huge pit,buried the body of Jesus in it and covered thepit with big stones. However Jesus camealive on the third day and thereby practicallydisplayed 'I AM THAT I AM'.25

‘I existed even before My Father ’Jesus said:"I existed evenbefore my Father."Itmaybequestioned as tohow can son existeven before hisfather? It impliesJesus refers Himself to be the Truth beyondTime ie He refers Himself to that (Self) whichexists even when the five elements and God donot exist. It is the Spirit. It is the True ‘I’. Onecannot transcend the nature until and unlessone awakens to that state. It is the Ultimatestate.26

Quotes of Jesus ChristLoving them by whom you are Loved isnot devotion. This is done even byworldly people. He is a true devoteewho Loves even them who hate him.27

The Kingdom of Heaven is not a place. It isa state of ‘Being’.The Kingdom of Heaven is within you.BE Still and know that I AM GOD.28

Even the Word (of GOD) represents GOD Himself.29

It is better to marry than toburn. Instead of thinking toomuch about it (marriage),better do it.Birds have nests to livein; Foxes have caves tolive but this son of GODhas no shelter; yet he isBlissful.30
