The thermometer provides high quality andperformance, and is an ideal choice in the process industries.The robust, hermetically sealed case with standard IP66(NEMA 4X) ingress protection enables use within harshexternal conditions.Specifically designed for use in the chemical andpetrochemical, oil and gas, power engineering andshipbuilding industries, the TG53 satisfies the rigorousrequirements for resistance to aggressive media. As anavailable option, the case, stem and process connection can bemade from 316 stainless steel.WIKA data sheet TM 53.02 04/2021The TG53 offers the widest variety of dampening optionsin the industry, allowing it to operate in situations wheresevere vibration conditions exist. These options include casefilling and a damped bearing bushing to minimise pointeroscillation.An easily accessible reset screw on the back of the caseallows quick, limited reference temperature adjustment,reducing maintenance and recalibration costs.The TG53 is also available in an assortment of stem lengths(insertion length L1) to optimise its application-specific fit andperformance.Page 1 of 10
