Thepayment of tuition permits a student to register and take the courses and programs available and offered by the Touro school orprogram in which the student is enrolled. Acceptance in a school or program does not form the basis of a contract. Indeed, astudent’s acceptance may be revoked if it is later learned, among other things, that his or her qualifications have been misstated oroverstated, or there is some other omission or misrepresentation. Except as noted in the paragraph below, no contract rights existor are established in the student- educational institution setting by and between Touro and the student.
