STAFF CONDUCTEQUAL OPPORTUNITIESAt Derby County Football Club we pride ourselves on ourhigh standards and commitment to customer service.Specifically, we expect our staff to treat supporterswith due respect and courtesy, to act upon feedbackand complaints responsively and to treat all personsequally.We are committed to equal opportunities and to makingthe stadium a welcoming place for all, regardless ofgender, race, ethnic origin, nationality, age, disability,martial status, political or religious beliefs, sexualorientation or any other inappropriate distinction.The Club will take steps to confront and eliminatediscrimination and ensure that appropriate action istaken to those who behave in a manner that is likelyto cause offense to others including the use of foul,abusive language or obscene chanting.Derby County Football Club is an inclusive club for all.Prices will increase on a home matchday by 2for Adults, 1 for Concessions and no increase forsupporters aged 2-12. Home tickets may be restrictedfor sale to registered supporters only, should thevisiting team sell out their away allocationPromotional MatchesDerby County guarantees its Season Ticket Holdersthat no seat in the same block of the stadium will be soldcheaper than the price they have paid for that seat, fortheir age concession for each League match. Pricinginformation can be requested at any time from theTicket Office.The club, on up to two occasions, may promote a pricediscount on tickets for Season Ticket Holders’ friendsand family which is only available for Season TicketHolders to purchase.ConcessionsThe club will only sell match tickets to Adults who areaccompanied by children in this area. The only exceptionwould be for Season Ticket Holders buying for Friendsor Family to sit next to them.Age related concessions are based on the supporters’age as of the date of the fixture that they wishto buy a ticket for. Proof of date of birth will berequired. If a fixture is rearranged for any reasonand the concession ticket was purchased prior to therearrangement, then the club will honour the concessionticket.On up to four occasions the club will promote a ‘FamilyDay’ and have tickets priced specifically for childrenand or families.Family AreaAge related concessions will be offered to SeniorCitizens aged 65 years or over, while an Under 18s ticketis also available for supporters aged 17 and under.Tickets for children aged from 2 to 12 will be availablein all areas of Pride Park stadium (excluding hospitality).Children aged 13 or under must be accompanied by anAdult aged at least 18 years old and at a maximum ratioof three children to every one Adult, and they must besat adjacent to the Adult that they are attending with.0607

MembershipsDerby offers a Home Membership with 20% off HomeLeague match tickets for the 2021/22 season. HomeMembership packages also enable those supporters tohave access to purchasing Home tickets when they firstgo on sale, approximately six to seven weeks prior toeach league fixture. Please find more information here.The club also offers a Rams Squad Membership forchildren aged 2 to 12 which offers a range of otherbenefits, more information is available here.Sales PeriodSix to Seven weeks prior to each fixture*: Prices set andon sale to Home Members.Four weeks prior to each fixture*: General sale starts. Matchday: Prices increase by 2 for Adults, 1 forconcessions and no increase for supporters aged 2-12.Information and data stored on our database maybeanalysed to help us provide products and services thatmay be of interest to you. For loss of or damage to personal property at or aroundthe Ground.If the Club reschedules or cancels a Match then:From time to time we may contact you by post, phone oremail to inform you about these products or services.Derby County will never share your personalinformation with any third parties to use for theirmarketing purposes unless you have given yourconsent. The club does not charge anybooking fees for payments made in person at the TicketOffice. Please note that these booking fees relate toDerby County Football Club home, away and cup fixturesonly, other events or products may vary.The Club shall be responsible to You for loss or damage Yousuffer that is a foreseeable result of its breach of theseConditions or its negligence but it will not be responsiblefor any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. The Clubshall have no liability to You for any: Loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, orloss of business opportunity;There is a postal fee of 1 per transaction. There is nodelivery charge for tickets left for collection or sent byPrint@Home or Mobile Tickets. Loss of enjoyment, travel/accommodation costs;DATA PROTECTION POLICY Restrictions to the view of the Match caused by an act ofanother spectator and/or the position of the seat;Derby County Football Club seeks to firmly abide byall data protection guidelines and we ensure that allcustomer data is used safely and securely under theData Protection Act 2018.08 If You are not a Business Customer then You can cancel aSingle Match Ticket no later than 24 hours before the startof the relevant Match, or the Ticket Office’s last openingtime on the day on which it is last open before the day ofthe Match, whichever instance occurs first, by returningthe Ticket and requesting a refund. Travel InformationMATCHDAY CAR PARKINGMATCHDAY BUSESThere is currently car parking in the South Car Park(A and B) and specialist parking bays for disabledsupporters around the ground.Arriva Midlands operates a number of bus services toand from Pride Park Stadium and Pride Park area foreach DCFC home game.The Club has worked closely with the Local Authorities,independent traffic management specialists and theEmergency Services to produce a traffic managementsystem for matchdays.We’ve joined up with Trent Barton and their ZigZag playtickets – an exclusive discounted bus ticket, valid allday.As part of the travel plan the Club strongly promotesthe concept of car sharing in a bid to reduce congestionand the carbon footprint of those travelling to matches.Full details on Matchday Parking can be found atdcfc.co.uk/page/matchday travelPlease note that there are currently majorroadworks on the A52. Please leave extra time foryour journey.ZigZag play covers all your bus travel all day long – youcan use any Trentbarton bus, changing buses as oftenas you like.To get your exclusive, cheap ticket, all you have to dois show your driver your event ticket for that day orevening – it’s that easy! Derby station is a 10 minute walk to Pride ParkStadium.Important Information for All Visitorsto Pride Park StadiumDerby County’s Home ground was opened in 1997 byHer Majesty the Queen under the name of Pride ParkStadium. The full capacity is 33, 010 and has hosted anumber of non DCFC events including England under 21international matches, music concerts and a MonsterJam Truck Rally.The crowd Safety management Team is headed up bythe Stadium Safety Officer who is assisted by a DeputySafety Office, Senior Stewards, Supervisors and SafetyStewards who are all qualified to either NVQ level 2 or3 in Spectator Safety. The team is ably assisted by theEmergency Service and Local Authority.Any of these items may beconfiscated on entry: BottlesCansCameras & video equipmentVuvuzelasSMOKING POLICYIn accordance with our ground regulations, smoking isnot permitted in thestadium and therefore please note that Pride ParkStadium is a smoke-free stadiumSTANDING POLICYAll visitors to Pride Park Stadium are reminded that weare an all seated stadium andin accordance with the club’s ground regulations, allsupporters must remain in their seat whilst the gameis in progress. Persistent standing may result in anindividual being ejected from the stadium and in severecase face a ban from the football club.12FOUL AND ABUSIVE LANGUAGEOne of the Club’s biggest complaints last season wasfoul and abusive language.Any supporter who persistently uses expletives couldface an ejection or ban from the stadium.BAG POLICYAfter careful consideration, Derby County Football Clubhas revised its policies for admitting bags and outsiderefreshments into Pride Park Stadium.Bags are subject to search, and must be no larger than45cm x 30cm x 15cm. There is no on-site storage facilityfor oversize bags.Supporters are prohibited from bringing refreshmentsinto the stadium. However, if a supporter has specificdietary or sustenance requirements because of amedical condition, please contact Customer Services0871 472 1884 in advance of attending the game.Additionally, supporters must be a minimum of 18 yearsold to purchase and/or consume alcohol at the stadium.Photo ID may be requested to determine proof of age.Bags are subject to search, and must be no larger than45cm x 30cm x 15cm. Disability InformationDerby County Football Club operates a ticketing policythat recognises that disabled supporters may needassistance to fully enjoy the match day experience andoffers a variety of reasonable adjustments based onindividual supporters needs, not their ‘disability’.By completing a simple application form along withsubmitting the appropriate supporting documentation,we can plan to meet your needs during your visit toPride Park Stadium and that accessible facilities andservices are only used by the supporters that needthem.A Reasonable Adjustment Application Form can bedownloaded from our website, please follow the linkbelow.policy that where this is the case we make available freetickets which will enable a disabled supporter to bringa Personal Assistant/Essential Companion with them tosupport them with their needs.The only criteria we have for offering a free PersonalAssistant/ Essential Companion ticket is that youhave to have another person with you to get the samequality of service as a non-disabled person for a reasonrelated to your own impairment. Further advice can be found onthe Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB)website. A personal letter from the GP, community nurse orsocial worker that the individual has a long-termimpairment or ‘disability’ and requires assistance. Confirmation in writing from Social Services thatthe individual is included on their Deaf Register, or aletter or report from an aural specialist confirmingthat hearing loss has been recorded at 70 – 95dBHL or worse.By accepting the complimentary ticket given, yourcompanion accepts responsibility for providing you withthe support you need to attend the match. This includesbeing able to provide you with additional assistanceduring the course of an emergency evacuation.The stewards at the match are unable to provideassistance in excess of their typical role and generalreasonable adjustments, so it’s important that, if youneed help moving around, your PA/Essential Companionis ready and willing to support you with this.Personal Assistant/ Essential CompanionAt Derby County Football Club, we take ourresponsibilities toward disabled supporters veryseriously.
