With a capacity of over 32, 000 seats, it hashosted a number of non-Derby County events includinginternational football matches, music concerts and aMonster Jam Truck Rally.The Crowd Safety Management Team is headed up bythe Stadium Safety Officer who is assisted by a DeputySafety Office, Senior Stewards, Supervisors and SafetyStewards who are all qualified to either NVQ level 2 or3 in Spectator Safety. The team is ably assisted by theEmergency Services and Local Authority.Breach of Ground Regulations / Ticketing Terms &ConditionsAll visitors to Pride Park Stadium must behave inaccordance with the EFL’s Ground Regulations and DerbyCounty Football Club’s conditions of issue of home/awaytickets, Membership and Season Tickets (links directlybelow).Ground RegulationsTicketing Terms & ConditionsSupporters who fail to comply with these regulationsmay be ejected from Pride Park Stadium and in seriouscases, issued with a stadium ban. It is important to notethat the breach of some Ground Regulations may alsoconstitute a criminal offence and the Club will supportthe police in their enquiries and where necessary, anysubsequent prosecution.report any incidents or concerns directly to DerbyCounty Match Control. There is no on-site storagefacility for oversize bags. Supporters are prohibitedfrom bringing refreshments into the stadium. However,if a supporter has specific dietary or sustenancerequirements because of a medical condition, pleasecontact Customer Services 0871 472 1884 in advanceof attending the game.Additionally, supporters must be a minimum of 18 yearsold to purchase and/or consume alcohol at the stadium.Photo ID may be requested to determine proof of age.Derby County Football Club will also look to provideguidance and support to any supporters or othereyewitnesses who report an incident or help to furtheran investigation.Matchday Text ServiceOn a home matchday at Pride Park Stadium, you can1213
Flag PolicyDerby County wants an exciting atmosphere at all homegames at Pride Park Stadium and encourages all fans tobring flags, banners, and large ‘Surfing’ flags - but thesemust adhere to the guidelines set by the club in tandemwith the stadium’s safety team. The club reserves the right to refuse to allow flags,surfers, or banners to be displayed particularly ifcontent is considered to be offensive, discriminatory,defamatory or inflammatory. Any item that the club or any of its employeesbelieve could potentially be used as a weapon and/orcompromise public safety. Any item above the area of 600mm x1000mm must beflame retardant and have a fire safety certificate toprove so, provided in advance of matchday. The flagpole should be no bigger than 7mm in diameterand 1 meter in length. The flagpole material shouldideally be plastic and rounded/covered at the end. Flags should be presented to stewards prior to entry tothe stadium where they will be inspected in accordancewith this list and approved prior to entry. The club reserves the right to confiscate any flagsbrought into Pride Park Stadium which were not approvedby stewards prior to entry.Should you have any further questions or would like toclarify an issue, please contact Derby County’s SupporterLiaison Officer on slo@dcfc. co. uk.Match Abandonment PolicyIn the event of the postponement or abandonment of theMatch, or if the Match has, for any reason, to be playedout of view of the public, refunds (if any) will be made inaccordance with the Ticketing Terms & Conditions. TheClub and each other Club Group Company will have nofurther liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to)liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage,such as, Loss of profit, loss of business, businessinterruption, or loss of business opportunity. Abandonments, postponement, or cancellation of Matches. Restrictions to the view of the Match caused by an act ofanother spectator and/or the position of the seat. Any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising underor in connection with the Contract; and For loss of or damage to personal property at or around theGround.If the Club reschedules or cancels a Match, the followingapplies. Holders of Single Match Tickets will be entitled to receive afull refund or, at their option, receive the equivalent ticket forthe subsequent Match. Holders of Season Tickets will be entitled to attend anyrescheduled Match. Business Customers will be entitled to receive a full refund,or at their option, receive the equivalent ticket for thesubsequent Match. Refunds and applications for tickets to rescheduledMatches must be made via the procedure specified by theClub from time to time (available upon request).Any refund to which a person is entitled under theseConditions will only be issued on production of identificationdemonstrating that the person requesting the refundis the person to whom the Ticket was originally sold.The identification produced must be to the reasonablesatisfaction of the Ticket Office Manager.If You are not a Business Customer then You can cancel aSingle Match Ticket no later than 24 hours before the start ofthe relevant Match, or the Ticket Office’s last opening time onthe day on which it is last open before the day of the Match,whichever instance occurs first, by returning the Ticket andrequesting a refund.Environment PolicyPride Park Stadium is built in one of Europe’s mostsustainable development sites. It was the winner of the 1998Environmental Sustainability Award and also received the1999 British Construction Industry and Civil EngineeringAward in promoting business commitment to the environment.The Club is constantly seeking ways of reducing its energyand impact on the environment. Recent projects haveincluded insulation installation, the addition of recyclingfacilities around Pride Park Stadium. Lighting changes andefficiencies, replacing hand dryers with more efficientmodels, improvements to our building management system,replacing boilers with models that reduce gas consumptionand a number of initiatives to reduce our water consumptionas just some of the improvements that have been made.The Club will acknowledge your appeal within ten workingdays of your email. You can expect to receive a final decisionrelating to your appeal within 28 days of our acknowledgement;there is no right to appeal a final decision. Please note thatthe Club may exercise its rights under the Ground Regulationsand Ticket Conditions of Issue independently of any policeinvestigation or prosecution. The Club is not obliged to followthe findings of any police investigation or prosecution, but itmay use the findings to advise its own decision.Derby County Football Club ensures all our suppliers deliverexcellent environmental, social and ethical managementpractices.Stadium BansOur Safety Officer reserves the right to issue a writtenwarning or to ban any supporter or other individual fromPride Park Stadium for breaches of the Ground Regulations.Stadium bans will usually be conveyed in writing, whether byemail or post, and may also include the suspension of ticketpurchasing privileges for away matches. The banning orderwill outline the nature of the offence and the specific GroundRegulation that has been breached. It will also indicate thelength of ban, either as a fixed number of matches or a periodof time.A banning letter will usually be issued within SEVEN workingdays of the match at which the offence took place, or withinONE working day of the next home match (if this follows withina week of the previous home match).The Club may reinstatement a banned supporter’s privileges;this is dependent upon them signing and returning anAcceptable Behaviour Agreement.Appeals ProcessThe Club considers each decision to impose a sanctioncarefully and bases its decision on available evidence.However, Derby County FC recognises that there may beinstances where the Club’s decision may have been incorrector too severe. If you have been subject to a sanction, you canappeal the sanction by emailing slo@dcfc. co. uk and settingout the reasons for your appeal. Please note that your appealmust demonstrate why the Club has imposed a sanctionincorrectly (by reference to the Ground Regulations andTicket Conditions of Issue) or why there are reasons that youwere not responsible, or should bear less responsibility, forthe incident in question. Charitable SupportEach season Derby County team up with a chosenCharity to form the Charity Partnership for therespective season.
