Admissions07The following information reflects the cost associated with attending the Northern Golden ValleyDistrict International Apostolic Bible College for the year of 2017-2018.To enroll in N.G.V.A.B.C., students must complete the Registration Form/Pastoral Recommendation Form. You can will find this form on our college webpage-gvab.org. Make sure to clickon the “Admission” tab and find “New Student.” If you prefer to download the form and bringsubmit the form on campus office, click on “Paper Registration Form” and submit the form tothe college administrative staff.The college secretary is the students’ resource for information regarding graduation status andtranscript requests. Please contact Bro. Mata by email at petemata@gvabc.org with any questions.Payment Policies and ProceduresIt is the Golden Valley Apostolic Bible College policy that all fees are due and payable at thetime a student registers for courses. Tuition is subject to change annually. I.A.B.C. accepts cash,checks, credit-cards or debit-cards. The 2017-2018 fees are listed below.Registration Fee and TuitionThe registration fee is to be paid once per year. 50.00 - First-time Students 25.00 - Returning StudentsThe fee for each class is 115.00, this fee includes the textbooks which are purchased by theIABC administration.Church PlanIf a local church has five (5) students enrolled in the I.A.B.C, the tuition fee for the sixth (6th)student is waived. This student waiver will be determined by the Church Pastor.Couples Class fee:The fee for a couple is 175.00. This fee includes the textbooks which are purchased by the IABCadministration. 100.00 – for the husband 75.00 – for the wifeIndependent Study LearningNGVD-IABC offers current students a hybrid program consisting of an independent study format via the internet mixed with a traditional class format. This new flexible format will provideoptions for the student to study on their own schedule. Please check with the College Directorfor more information.

Dress Code & Code of ConductThe Northern Golden Valley District Apostolic Bible College operates under the guidelines of the Apostolic Assembly of the Faith in Christ Jesus Christina Education Department. This satellite Bible College is committed to promoting integrity and maintainingthe highest standard in all areas including dress code and conduct. Each student isexpected to act in a manner that reflects Apostolic Biblical values and develop personal traits that demonstrate maturity.Dress codeThe following guidelines should always be observed. Well-groomed Modest apparel No Jewellery:In accordance with 1 Timothy 2:9 and 1 Peter 3:3, The Apostolic Assembly doesnot practice the wearing of jewellery: this includes rings, necklaces and earringsMen: Formal Dress CodeMale students attending the NGVD Apostolic Biblical College must wear a dress shirtand tie; trousers and dress shoes. Men enrolled in the Apostolic Bible College shouldnot have a beard or a “goatee,” (A clean moustache is accepted).Women: Formal Dress CodeWomen attending the Apostolic Bible College must wear a dress or blouse with a skirtwith the appropriate length with modesty that is becoming an Apostolic Woman. 09Brief HistoryCelebrating eighteen years of an Apostolic Bible College education in theNorthern Golden Valley District.In the year 2000, Bishop Julian Aguirre hada vision to establish an Apostolic Bible college in the Northern Golden Valley District.Very quickly, it became a reality. With theThe first campus was located in the cityof Minden and supervised by Pastor JoseLuis Hernandez. A few years later, theNevada campus was relocated to Car-assistance of District Pastors and many local Christian Education directors and brethren, Bishop Aguirre commissioned Pastor Alex Mendoza to assemble a team andframe the structure of a District Bible College. Under the leadership of Bishop JoeMendoza and Director Martin T. Amador,the Bible college continued to flourish.son City where it is currently situated.Today the Nevada Campus works in conjunctionwith the NGVD administrative staff in Stockton.During the subsequent seventeen years,there has been great excitement and manybrethren have been graduated from theBible College. The Northern Golden Valley District Apostolic Bible College has hadtwo campuses in Stockton: Apostolic Tabernacle Church, whose pastor is HonoraryBishop Joe Mendoza, and the second campus has been held at Alpha Omega Ministries, whose pastor is Elder Abner Arias.In 2008, the District underwent an expansion with the inclusion of churches from Nevada. Because of the location of the churches in Nevada, NGVDlaunched a satellite campus in Nevada.As we have completed our seventeenth year,we are pleased to announce that NGVD IABChas graduated 296 students with an AA Degree and 98 students with a BA Degree. ThePastors and ministers of the Northern Golden Valley District have truly made a difference in the lives of the brethren we serve.Our faculty has been dedicated to makingthe Bible College experiences a positive forall students. The goal of the NGVD Apostolic Bible College continues to be to equipthe next generation of Apostolic leadersto proclaim God’s word, build up the bodyof Christ, and bring the “good news” tothose living in our cities and communities.
