1 got connected to Freedom Center early the morning, January 14,2013. They kept me on thephone most of the day telling me that I had In i)i I my H t h n r e today or there may notbe a tomorrow. They had me scared to death. I went f r o m H f l H t o H H H o m\house to get her and take her to Albion. We finally arrived about 9pm. We were put in the intakeroomiHHhe'"take person kept upfriendlychatting and then handed me a contract to sign.I told him I was way to tired to read 13 pages while he was talking In myil 11 uinntahift He a s s u r e d m e that this w a s nnly a formality I thought a n n u l it hut I w a s s n AYhanspriand totally overwhelmed that I just initialed each page and signed. I did see the name L RonHubbard on one page and when I asked about his works and Scientology.M told me forsure that this was not a Scientology facility. He implied that that they had to print Hubbards namesort of the way you do as a footnote when vou use a quote. We could not go past the lobby forany kind of tour.I li II iiiy HP 'th a hug and kiss and a promise that we would speak on the phone the thirdwday. Day one and two I was called by a "family liaison",telling reassuring me everythingwas going well. The third day I asked to talk to my H a n d I was put off with the excusethat she was unavailable. On day 4 they again wouldn't let me talk to her again. That's when Igot the feeling that something was wrong for sure, i started researching and found the informationregarding 30 days of sauna for 5 to 6 hours a day as well as much more information aboutScientology. T h i s a s well as the sauna w a s a total misrepresentation of what kind of thingswe had been told when we arrived. I was told there was a nurse on staff as well as a doctor.I wastoldthey had well trained counselors which we found later were people that had recentlybeen "through the program". I found out when I picked my JP up that she had beenthrough what thev called "light objectives", which I found later is a form of brainwashing.I didn't h a v e V f l H so I i m B j M j i in my VISA card and I wrote a M - personal check.
When I picked my BB up I spoke withlabout a refund. She said she would takeit to the hoard and I would hear in a waak on fwn I waited tit 9/4 and wrote in Frgadnm Pinterand asked for reimbursement again, no answer. Finally Ifounda phone numberforBMM HBPIwho I was told is the legal officer of Narconon. She told me to email her as to what I wanted as arefund. I wastoldthe program was 45-60 days, so since she was only there for 5 days I dividedit out to b e mfor the 5 days and a refund for tha rest f j j i j g j ,Ag }an .riidn tn f t a rfrnmanyone at Freedom Center. On March 2,1 again mailed Ms H M f l l a n d soon after that onMarch 6,1 received an email from Ms J J J c o n t a i n i n g a total lie saying she had explainedto me about keeping t h e H W J T h i s is not true at all.
