IntroductionSABIS WebSchool is designed to help students and parents connect online to theSABIS school environment.Students can retrieve a comprehensive information summary about their school life,including test results, missed concepts, as well as attendance and discipline records. They canalso retrieve the homework assignments posted by their teachers on the Webschool andprovide feedback on their completion.Parents can find essential details about their children’s school performance. StudentsAs students log into Webschool, they see the homepage as shown below. That is the centralpoint of accessing the info they need to retrieve. At a glance, they could see if new items needtheir attention and access them accordingly. Students can retrieve their homeworkassignments, surveys, photos, downloads, performance reports, as well as their schoolschedules.The number of unread items will be displayed on thelink icon. Students have access to the following:Homework: Retrieve the teacher-assigned homework and provide feedback on itscompletion status (see picture below).Photo Gallery: Students can view the photo folders along with the pictures they containbased on various categories as set in advance by the school (see picture below).SABIS Proprietary3 Page

Surveys: When surveys are assigned to them, students can access those and provide theirfeedback (see picture below).PrepList: Via the PrepList, students can download and practice exam-related materialsassigned to them in advance by school staff (see picture below).Downloads: Through the Downloads, students can download various articles, calendarupdates, info sheets, and exam materials for their reference (see picture below).SABIS Proprietary4 Page

My Schedule: Allows students to view their weekly schedule as well as assigned classes,homework, and lessons (see picture below).Performance: Progress Overview under Performance offers students direct and quickaccess to their performance and progress status in each of the following: Academic,Attendance, Discipline, and SLO, that way keeping them abreast of the latest changes intheir academic and school performance (see picture below).SABIS Proprietary5 Page

ParentsSame as students, parents have access to view their children’s homework assignments,school announcements, photos, surveys, downloads, PrepList, performance reports, andschool schedules.As parents log into Webschool, they see a homepage similar to the students’ with links tovarious points of interest (see picture below). As for the students’ homepage, parents could seeat a glance how many items need their attention and they could easily navigate from there.Parents have access to the following:Homework: see the students’ assigned homework and check out its completion statusThe Homework page has as many page tabs as the number of students for a given parent. Inthe below example, a parent with three children has checked all the homework assignments ofthe first child and has yet to check four and one assigned homework for their second and thirdchild, respectively.SABIS Proprietary6 Page
