If you do not know your User IDclick on “What’s My User ID?”4. Click on the “Log In” tab then click “StudentPlanning Registration” link.5. You will see two tabs. Click the “Go to Plan &Schedule” link, then click the “Student Planning”tab at the top of the screen to begin theregistration process.6. Click “Course Catalog”.7. Search for course by subject. You must type outthe department (i.e. Mathematics, not MTH).8. Find your section number by using the dropdown arrow on the red bar. Note: You can filterthe information by campus location, term/semester, etc. by using the panel on the leftside of the screen.9. Click “Add Section to Schedule”. Whenselecting your courses, make sure youare selecting courses within the correctterm or semester.10. Repeat steps 6 through 9 for each courseyou are registering for. You can also addcourses to your plan by clicking directly on thecourse number from the “My Progress” page.This will direct you to the specific course in thecourse catalog.11. Once all courses are planned, click “Plan andSchedule”. Use the arrows to navigate to thecorrect term or semester.12. 12Phenix City/Columbus/Ft Benning- UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS TEST INFORMATIONThe Proficiency Profile Test (formerly MAPP)The Proficiency Profile test contains 108 questions and can be administered in two and a half hours.It provides a total score and sub score for each student and a full range of group mean data for theuniversity in the following areas: Reading, Writing, Mathematics, Critical Thinking, Humanities, Social Sciences, and Natural Sciences. All undergraduate students with 60 or more credit hours areexpected to take this exam. Assessment results are used to fulfill a SACS requirement foraccreditation and are important to ensure credibility of a diploma earned through Troy University.Please email pctesting@troy.edu to schedule your exam or for further questions. Please include yourfull name, student ID number, and desired date and time in your email or have this information onhand for your call. TROY Online staff will review your proctor's information and your academic records.4. If your proctor cannot be approved, you will be notified to locate another one and submit a new form.5. If your records reveal that you have met the requirements necessary before attempting the Comp Exam, you will be sent astudy guide and the testing window dates for the exam which are also posted on the Academic Calendar. The Comp Exam isalways given the second week of the term.6. About a week prior to the testing window, TROY Online staff will send your Comp Exam to your proctor and you will receivean email notifying you that your exam has been sent.7. You will then need to contact your proctor to confirm receipt of the exam information and to schedule an exam appointmentduring the specified testing window.Note:You will not be contacted by TROY Online immediately after submitting the Comp Exam Proctor form.
