Single Point of Entry into the LTSS SystemNo Wrong Door“Access Point”“No Wrong Door” ADRC’s serve as single points of entry into the Long-Term Service Support (LTSS)system for older adults, people with disabilities, caregivers, veterans and families.ADRCs provide unbiased, reliable information and counseling to individuals withall levels of income and of age. The No Wrong Door philosophy is about working together, innovative thinkingand new ways of sharing information to achieve the best possible clientoutcomes. The Vision for No Wrong Door is - Client-centered, accessible and coordinatedservices. No Wrong Door is about being helpful from a “person-centered” perspective andconsidering all the services a client may require. By adopting a holistic, clientcentered approach, departmental staff will be able to identify clients withcomplex or multiple needs and focus their intensive efforts on responding tothose needs.

Working Together to improveoutcomes for vulnerable clientswith multiple needsADRC programs are not necessarily located in a single physicalplace and their functions are not necessarily carried out by a singleagencyADRC’s involve networks of state and local organizations workingtogether in a coordinated manner to provide consumers withintegrated access points to all long-term service and supports(LTSS)
