Lawyers sift through enormous amountsof information on a daily basis -- everything from clientfiles to printed contracts to the emails they receive ontheir smartphone. Making sense of all this informationand ensuring that it's sufficiently protected andaccessible is a daunting, but absolutely necessary, task.Records management, often abbreviated "RM," is thestrategy organizations employ to manage suchinformation.
