Drinking Water State Revolving Fund(DWSRF) Loan Program Tennessee’s DWSRF program hasawarded an average of 20 Mannually over the last 5 years tobring water systems intocompliance with the SafeDrinking Water Act and newregulations. From 1996 to date, the DWSRFProgram has funded low-interestloans totaling over 253 M.9
