Considerateand CaringEveryone likes to get happy messages to keep in their pockets!Courageous and StrongHave you ever had to show courage or be strong?Here are some situations where you might have to becourageous and strong:Get a tiny piece of paper and write a kind message that will makesomeone feel good. Then roll it up and give it to them.You could use these ideas for your message—or make your own!Your friends are gossiping about another girl.You can join in or you can ask them to stop.People in your class are having a debate. Everyone’son the same side—except you. You can say what youthink, even though most people don’t agree with you,or you can keep quiet.A new girl has come to yourschool. No one is paying attentionto her. You can ignore her, too,or you can invite her to sit withyou at lunch.Find a friend, pick an example(or come up with another one)and talk about what you woulddo.
