GERALD CLARKCHAPTER 1: BackgroundAccess to higher consciousness has always been a significantfactor to consider for those who govern. Intellectuals, dissidents,and anti-government militias share some common goals.Intellectuals compare and contrast systems of governance with thepotential to resist any current regime that exercises control byinhibiting free thinking that leads to revolutionary ideology. Next,the free thinker’s ideas spread to those rebels who exhibit dissentin the public arena, perhaps arm in arm with the intellects. Oncethe disenfranchisement among the populace reaches a crescendo,critical mass if you will, more serious members begin to fill theranks and files of the resistance, to potentially include armedmilitias.Thus, governments exert significant effort to anticipate anddetect unrest among the populace. The police, lawyers, judges,and prison systems represent the enforcement and penalty arm ofthe government, being licensed agents of the state.Thesepermitted agents and government elements are in place to enforce18

How much accessto higher consciousness-energy would a meta-creator makeavailable to a subservient “primitive worker”? Would the being beprovided with intelligence and a consciousness that could usememory and therefore, with the application of comparativethinking and reflection, assess their own state as enslaved? Couldthe circumstances of the subservient be created in such a way thatthey were not aware of their enslavement?For instance, suppose a large swath of land was allocated to aprimitive workforce that was free to operate within the boundariesof the permitted area, but was restricted from approaching theborders within some specified distance? As long as the populaceoperates in accordance with the prescribed laws, to includerespecting the border boundary rules, all is well and the perceptionof freedom remains intact. It is a matter of the perceived degreeof freedom that governors allow in order to prevent the populacefeeling they are in a cage versus the level of measures that can beused to re-establish control in the event of a rebellion.Each form of government uses the primal instincts all humans19

State-sponsoredevents and entertainment modalities provide an aggressiveemotional outlet for pent up slave anger, while amusing them withcomedy and stimulus.Boundaries establish mankind’s primitive need to have adesignated hunting-gathering territory. Separation also leads tolabels such as us and them. Promoting a national identity is in thegovernments best interest as this sponsored “pride” can be used toenroll young heroes into the war machine, targeting an enemybeyond the territorial limits or defending one’s homeland. Othergovernments simply mandate national military service using a draftor a simple age trigger, cutting out the advertising cost of attractingunsuspecting “support our troops at any cost” ads that misleadyoung warriors.Those overlords that run effective mediaadvertising campaigns have been successful at luring warvolunteers as is done in the United States and other countriescomplete with glamorizing military recruitment ads andcommercials on television.20

Regulating what the populace canpurchase in the marketplace is an easy first step to preventproducts that can change consciousness from being consumed.Most class 1 “drugs” listed as illegal in the United States arecategorized as such in order to prevent humans fromexperimenting with alternative consciousness levels, which havenow been documented and attributable to their mind-expandinguse by millions of people around the world. Thus, the black marketexists in spite of prohibition, just as was the case with alcohol bansearlier in American history.Control measures used by governments that targetconsciousness have now been shown to extend beyond mereconsumable items like food, spices, herbs and “illegal drugs”. Thehuman body is electric and is significantly affected by externallygenerated frequencies. Some frequencies can make us happy,others can scramble mental functions or even cause death. Forexample, the household microwave oven utilizes a 2.4 GHz whosefrequency is significantly absorbed by water. This transfer ofenergy from the microwave frequency to the water molecule viainduced motion creates heat subsequently cooking the item.Clearly humans, composed mostly of water, would be negativelyaffected if exposed to high powered microwave frequencies.21

Modulated data likevoice may be placed onto a carrier wave in the extreme lowfrequency (ELF) range. Human brain waves operate in this samerange, specifically from about 0.5 Hz to 20 Hz. Any device used bya government or its representatives that is broadcasting in the ELFis highly suspect, especially if it is operating in the human brainwave region previously cited. HAARP is just such an example ofsuch technology, disguised as a high amplitude acousto-auroatmospheric research project owned and operated by the militaryor its research arm. How can the people’s money be used toconstruct devices secretly destined to suppress or even kill massivenumbers of people? Progressively, iteratively, and intentionallythe Constitution of the United States has been shredded. All thewhile, the government has expanded to an incredulous andburgeoning behemoth ready and willing to show its fangs to anyand all who question its authority. In the book “Ishmael” [26]written by Daniel Quinn, the evolved guerrilla comments that “ifmankind knew how to live, then their laws would not be changingcontinuously”. If we stop to assess our present legal morass, weare forced then to concede that the eight hundred pound gorilla inthe room is correct.What governments cannot control is what catalyzes them toirrational action. Further suppose that the drug had the ability to changehuman consciousness by activating latent DNA and when exposedto full-spectrum energy from the sun, began integrating gravitywith the human energy body represented by the Chakras. Thisintegration process acts as the freight train to humanconsciousness evolution by rapidly awakening the Chakras andsubsequently integrating the human energy body. The result:physical body-enlightened and sleeping serfs no more.Suddenly, the government would be faced with a new front onthe drug war to stem the tide of the consciousness alteringchemicals deemed responsible for the sudden uprisings. Next aregional or national public announcement would be formulated toscare the populace about the ills of the new drug simultaneous witheliminating the source. Next, those who were partaking of the drugwould be watched for behavioral modification impact that could bepotentially seen as a threat to the government. This stage of crisismanagement activities could potentially be more rapidly concludedusing a live subject, studying them while under the influence of thedrug, most certainly under three-letter agency supervision. Finally,based on the government’s findings, new laws could potentially belevied in the war on drugs and the class 1 drug listing would beappended with a new addition. Arrests and undercover operationsmight follow in order to locate the supply lines and have them23

GERALD CLARKinterdicted, confiscated, publicized for agency funding justification.These drugs would likely be redistributed in some illegalprofiteering scheme, possibly with an agency-formulated toxicdebilitating drug additive for those that dare cross the class 1 legalline.The effects of the additive can also be studied by thegovernment to determine its effectiveness at curbing any publicinterest in pursuing the drug given the negatively hedged riskreward ratio, coupled with the public service announcement (PSA)and new laws to make it so.Taking our imagination one step further, consider anunstoppable external catalyst that automatically begins to increasehuman consciousness.Suppose further that the escalatingconsciousness change in humans is potentially an energy-basedcatalyst, versus the Mexican cartel chemical origin as hypothesizedin the previous paragraphs.Recall that the human body was modeled as an antenna in myfirst book, “The Anunnaki of Nibiru” [3, Ch. 6]. In this model, it waspostulated that the human structure, having significant electromagnetic interactions, can be represented as a modulatordemodulator (MODEM) system. Working with this model in mind,variations in the electro-magnetic spectrum (EMS) can havesignificant effects on the bio-energetic state of humans.
