Why is this important?Becoming aware of different ways of knowing things, without movingThe different ways of knowing things are different ways of knowing yourself.As you become aware of these, you begin to be conscious of how you knowyourself outside the rational mind.Becoming aware of existing in multiple places at the same timeYou exist in all places at the same moment in simultaneous time. Being awarethis, and being able to shift from one attention point to another without moving,opens the opportunity for you to choose the reality, the attention point, youwant to experience in this moment. All that is required is that you become conscious of yourself in fourth dimensional present time and allow your attention,your focus, to become aware of the vibration that supports your desire in thepresent moment. You allow the reality you wish to experience to unfold. Youbegin to operate in simultaneous time.In simultaneous time all attention points exist in the same place at the sametime. There is no need to 'go to' an attention point. You simply allow one attention point to drop out of your awareness and another to come into your awareness, with no movement. You simply allow yourself to become aware of an aspect of you that exists right now in a different location. You become conscious ofthat attention point. Each attention point holds a different experience. It has adifferent sensation, a different density, a different pressure, sometimes a different color or sound. It vibrates in a different configuration. You perceive yourselfdifferently in that attention point.In simultaneous time, you can observe timelines and events that occur, whetherthey occur in the past or the future, simply by placing your attention on themand then being aware of the movement within them. Each attention point,whether it is in a past or future moment, in simultaneous time is experienced inthis moment. There is no 'going to'. Creating and changing experiences in simultaneous timeAs the third dimension dissolves, very soon, from this higher fourth dimension,you are going to find you can combine and configure your attention points, takethem apart, add vibrations, and create a result you desire. There are manywords, many feelings to choose from, many attention points to combine andconfigure in ways that allow you to hold the feelings, sensations and experienceof that combined set of attention points. You create a reality and then hold it as asensation or feeling or focus.Your habits and beliefs have created, and locked you into, the personality thatyou demonstrate. This happens because of conscious and unconscious combinations of attention points, thoughts and emotions. We hold within us a number ofattention points that are very incorrect but are nonetheless there. "I'm not okay.This is all I am, I will never be anything else. This is my value".These unconscious, semi-conscious or conscious beliefs and thoughts, attentionpoints, can be changed. In order to change them you must be in present time.You cannot change the past in the past nor can you create hope and a future inthe future. As you begin to look at the attention points you hold and how youhave configured them, in a single breath, in present time, you can rearrangeyour entire past and set in motion an enormously different future direction. Youcan really do this in a single breath, the blink of an eye, an altering of an attention point. This is what we are about to set about doing on this path.Setting the energy for the work with the crystal ballAs always, Jim sets the energy for the work in each session and it is veryworthwhile to be conscious of how he does that. The following are a few noteson some aspects of setting the energy. Re-groundingIt is recommended that you reground every day. The vibration of thoughtwithin the mass consciousness of the third dimension is beginning to getnoisy. starting to create a vibrational ring. The electrical portion of the groundingwill allow all that thought, anxiety, frustration, as a thought level, to becleared from your space as it begins to hit you. The emotional aspect of thegrounding cord (the coil that wraps around the electric line), will also beginto be tuned into present time, clearing some of those erratic emotions thatpeople around you will demonstrate. You are already seeing that. Sayinghello to the grounding cord every day begins to allow you to walk throughthe seams of the noise without being the effect of the noise. Flowing the energy of the Mother-Father in the sphereThere is a brightness to this emerald green and gold and white light, as itflows within the sphere. It creates a presence. There begins to be a distinction, a discernment, between how you hold yourself within the sphere, andthe third dimensional reality on the other side of the sphere. It is a discernment, a presence, a mastery. It is a maturity, a statement. "This is who I am." Being in the merged still pointAs the still point in the Higher Mind and the still point in the heart becomemerged into one, there is a sensation that begins to become very consciousto you. It is a sense of regalness. There is a calmness, a focus. It is as if youtake a step up, being better than no-one, and the physical body no longerseems to be what houses you, what holds you in place. Your consciousnessbegins to be grander than just the body. You become conscious of yourself ina larger way. It is still held within the heart but the heart becomes somethingvery different as the two still points become merged into a singular place. Having a sense of yourself in the higher dimensionsIt is from this feeling that much begins to become available. There is no egotistical third dimension "I cannot talk about how good I am". Yes; you can.There is no hesitation, no concern that somebody might think you are full ofyourself. This is the place where there is no "full of yourself" other than fullof yourself (happy, capable, strong, certain, focused, gracious). "I hold wisdom and knowledge". As this field becomes more magnetic, more electrical, more stable, there willbegin to be more and more of a distinction between you within the field ofconsciousness in which you are experiencing yourself, and the third dimensional world outside of the sphere. Better than none, yet capable to uplift,nurture and support all.Expanding your awareness of your clairvoyanceYour clairvoyance is a very powerful skill that has many aspects to it. It is partof the fundamental skill set we use to create and experience realities and it hasbeen taken away from you. You have become convinced that you have noimagination, that you cannot see, by the layers of mistrust and lies that youhave accepted along the way. Remembering your clairvoyance opens a doorwayinto a conscious awareness of yourself where you exist in the higher dimensions. That doorway has always been available to those light in heart, those whocan pretend, can be in the place of playing without worry or doubt. That doorway is your imagination.In this session and the next, you use your clairvoyance skills to begin to dismantle many of the structures that you hold within, but which are not your truths,not your experience.Using the crystal ball to blend or clear aspects of other lifetimesSomething very remarkable is going on as this shift expands and as you beginto increase your consciousness, create more light in the body, improve the wiring systems, and alter the DNA. You are beginning to merge your lifetimes,your past, future, alternate and parallel lives. In simultaneous time all thingsexist in the same place at the same time.You are one of 12 aspects of the Soul. Each of these aspects is playing out in different locations, different dimensions, different times structures in the largerholographic aspect we call the universe. In each of these aspects there are lifetimes in which you are not as complicated (used here as a positive word) or ascomplex as you are now. For simplicity we can divide these lifetimes into onesthat contain aspects of third dimensional noise (awkwardness, anger, frustra-Copyr ight Mas te r in g A lc he my. tion, jealousy, resentment), and ones that contain great mastery, the ability tocreate and direct the flow of energy in a particular area (art, music, communications, social skills, etc.). As you begin to step up, as you begin to hold morelight, the third dimensional "noisy" aspects of lifetimes are beginning to dissolveand go away. Those vibrations cannot sustain themselves in the higher fourthdimension. Simultaneously the knowledge, wisdom and mastery of lifetimesare being absorbed and blended into the higher dimensional consciousness youare and into which you are now stepping.The crystal ball is a holographic structure of light that requires intention, focusand a willingness to play, to leave doubt behind and remember your clairvoyance. It offers an extraordinary opportunity to start to consciously access andblend the mastery of other lifetimes into this one, and to continue to clear awaythe who you are not of other lifetimes.What are the benefits of this? You begin to bring a fifth dimensional experience of present and simultaneous time into your conscious awareness. You can begin to access skills and artistry you possess in other lifetimes, inthis one. For example, if you are learning to draw or paint, you might visitanother lifetime where you were an accomplished artist, stepping into thatexperience, blending with that artist as he or she draws or paints. Be clearthat you are doing this from within the merged still point of the HigherMind and heart, from a higher fourth and fifth dimensional awareness thatis outside the grasp of the rational mind. Anchoring the Session MaterialMusing on the sessionThis section contains abbreviated snippets from the session as a way to help youreengage with some of the key energies and experiences of the session. Do notuse them to recreate the experience of the session as you lived it. Rather, usethem to feel into, create, a new experience of these energies in present time.Be playful, curious, unhurried. This is not a todo list. It is a sandbox of interesting playthings. Be the kid in the sandbox, relaxed, following your curiosity andimagination, playing with a snippet or piece of a snippet until you feel like playing with something else or leaving them altogether, completely unencumberedby any third dimensional chatter about "doing" each one of them. Kids neverworry about making sure they play with every one of their toys!NOTE: For brevity we do not include here the regular breath cues Jim providesthroughout the audio sessions. For that reason we want to remind you that thebreath is a key piece of this work; when the breath stops, you move.First part Maintaining your awareness as you close your eyes(becoming aware of yourself) eyes open becoming aware of yourself being aware of yourself being pleased with yourself and then from thisconscious intentional awareness breathing your eyes closed without losing your awareness continuing the breath There is a veil of unconsciousness that controls a very important aspect ofyour consciousness. It redirects awareness and it exists when you open andclose your eyes, and when you begin to access aspects, tools, skills that youhave in the higher dimensional awareness, an awareness that has not been allowed to be available to you.Copyr ight Mas te r in g A lc he my. Experiencing a triangle of words you are wearing in simultaneoustime and shifting your attention point from one word to the other(noticing a word you are wearing) without changing anything, noticingwhat vibration, or word you are holding within yourself at this moment not changing it, not looking for anything wrong just noticing the vibration (it may be anxious, or worried, it may be happy, calm, aware; it doesn'tmatter what it is) (noticing a second word attached to that first one) then noticing a secondword that is held in alignment with the first word (if it was anxious, theremight be a worry attached to it, if it was calmness there might be a peacefulness attached to it) just noticing what second word comes to mind that isaligned with, magnetically held to, that first word (noticing a third word attached to that first one) then finding a third wordthat is held in alignment with the first word being aware of being aware and then, without changing anything, allowing yourself to shift your attention There is no movement when you shift your attention. You simply becomeaware of you here, and then aware of you in another location.(shifting your attention point from word to word, becoming aware of how eachis supported by the other two) becoming aware of the feeling, the sensation, of the first word then shifting your attention to the second word, allowing it to become the primary word . and then shifting your attention,becoming aware of the third word as the primary word and noticing howthe first and second words support it then noticing those three words areheld in a triangle and then finding that first word again being in alignment with it noticing how the other two support it (it is just a shift ofattention) and then being the second word, noticing the slight change infeeling, sensation, awareness and allowing the other two words to support it then again feeling the third word, noticing the other two words Copyr ight Mas te r in g A lc he my. Creating an experience in simultaneous timeAnother way of experiencing yourself in all places in simultaneous time is byallowing yourself to imagine the feeling of a situation you would like to experience, and then feeling the feeling of having that experience. From a fourthdimensional present time reference point, there you will be, in that experience. imagining yourself with a friend, someone you enjoy having lunch feeling the vibration, the feeling, of what having lunch with that friendmight feel like noticing if your emotions change, the smile in the heart begins to get bigger This simple experience, this exercise, of shifting or allowing your attentionpoint to support you, creates an entire reality based on the law of attractiongiving you that on which you hold your attention. From where you are here,you are beginning to, consciously, have the capacity to refocus in a differentattention point to create a desired result. Using simultaneous time to change an experience(finding the feeling of being uncomfortable around someone) finding someone you feel uncertain or nervous around, in whose presence you limit yourexpression because there is a fear, a hesitation, a doubt, an insecurity putting your attention on that person and noticing the feeling as you hold yourattention on that person . finding the feeling of uncertainty (shifting your attention point to certain and capable) and then placing yourattention on your ability to hold the vibration of certainty being certain and then being capable (interacting with the person from certain and capable) and then, being verypresent with that person standing in front of you right now having athought in your head that you are speaking from certainty (there is noconflict, no confrontation, it is just you saying "here this is what is going on,this is how it is working, this is my truth") having the sensation, the feeling and then allowing yourself to notice how that feels (you just said atruth and whether that person likes it or not, you held your space, you made aCopyr ight Mas te r in g A lc he my. comment) just noticing the permission you created for yourself by settingyour attention in words like certain and capable and present, by creating aplatform from within which to experience yourself In the last session we began to create a platform to allow you to shift, to giveyourself permission, to have more of what you desire and to live in ease andcomfort. This is not a future "I hope someday it will happen". You are building a new frame of reference, giving yourself permission, allowing yourself theease to experience yourself on your terms.In the third dimension we learned to say "I hope this will happen" or "if thiscould possibly occur". We hold our attention in the future based on a past reference. This fourth dimension, where we are starting to play, is in the now. Itis right here, right now. It is experiencing feelings in present time. It is creating the container, with feelings, in which the experience you want to have canstabilize. You can begin to bring the experience you desire into the physical,present time moment, on your terms. You are building a new skill set to beginto direct what you wish by building the container to come to you. Hoping isno longer necessary. Setting the energy (shifting the breath, grounding)(shifting into the spherical breath) continuing the breath nice, circularflow then becoming aware of the breathing tube and, with the next one ortwo breaths, shifting your attention to breathing in from the top and the bottom of the breathing tube into the heart and with the exhale, allowing thebreath to breathe out to the edge of the sphere then breathing from theedge of the sphere back into the heart continuing the breath beingpleased with yourself liking yourself and with each breath, beinghappy certain capable being senior in your space aligning yourselfinto those seven living words, creating a platform, a container in which youcan present yourself, walk around, comfortably (grounding into where Earth is in present time) and then, very aware ofyourself saying hello to your grounding, that line that runs through thecolumn of light to the center of the Earth then letting your grounding go,Copyr ight Mas te r in g A lc he my. disconnecting, becoming ungrounded from the Earth and then regrounding into the Earth where the Earth is in this present time moment Setting the energy (being in your containment field, flowing the energy of the Mother-Father)(becoming aware of your containment field) and then, being aware of beingaware, taking your time, being in no hurry becoming aware of the Octahedron that surrounds you having that sense of being contained within ageometry, one that allows you a stability seeing all the lines and all thepoints simultaneously then becoming aware of the sphere surroundingthe Octahedron, touching all six points of the Octahedron (flowing the energy of the Mother) and with the next breath being aware ofthe Earth and the emerald green light that flows up from the core of theEarth through the column, flowing out and filling the sphere and sayinghello to the feminine nature of the Mother (there is a nurturing, a kindness, a strength, a presence; an enormous smile flows from the consciousnessof the Mother) feeling the hello that comes back and feeling the smilewithin the heart starting to get bigger pleased with yourself (flowing the energy of the Father) and shifting your attention to the gridthat surrounds the Earth (it is very active at this moment, building, expanding, becoming the heaven on Earth) (there is a gold and white light of theChristed light, the love of the Creator) allowing that gold and white lightto flow down through the column, out into the sphere and saying hello tothe masculine nature of the Father (there is a nurturing, a tremendous love,a happiness, a passion, a strength, a presence) feeling the hello of the Father as it comes back in that masculine vibration (it is a sensation of beingheld, very safely; everything is in perfect alignment) Setting the energy (being in the merged still point)(being in the Higher Mind) becoming aware of yourself in the HigherMind there is a quietness a certainty a capableness a focus, a precision there is an awareness there is no limitation in this awareness Copyr ight Mas te r in g A lc he my. and, in this Higher Mind the certainty, the capable, the presence justknowing yourself then, as you hold these vibrations (being in the heart) becoming aware of your attention point that is heldwithin the Sanctuary of the Pink Diamond there is a reverence, a beauty, agrace, an elegance there is an ease a kindness, a happiness and thereis a powerfulness that has no sword (being in the merged still point) and then being aware of being in themerged still point, located in the heart the Higher Mind and the heartcome into one beginning to weave the vibrations of the Higher Mind andof the heart into a presence that is held within the merged still points (being aware of your presence in the merged still point) being aware ofyour presence . the happiness of the heart, the focus of the Higher Mind there is an ease, a certainty, a kindness there is a force field, a very positivemagnetic field, that is starting to come together, forming a presence it is asense of certainty, with no doubts finding that feeling continuing thebreath to the edge of the sphere it is a sense of mastery and yet, there is noone you need to tell . it is just "this is who I am" Setting the energy (becoming aware of your attention point in thehigher dimensions and beyond)(becoming aware of your attention points in the higher dimensions) beingin the merged still point then having the intention of being aware of theattention point that you hold in the higher fourth dimension, fifth dimension, sixth dimension just having the attention to begin to have awarenessof yourself in these higher aspects (looking beyond) and then from where you are being aware of beingaware, having a sense of looking beyond yourself (it is that place whereyou sit and look at the stars and then look beyond the stars to see what is beyond) having that awareness of looking deeper taking your time Copyr ight Mas te r in g A lc he my. Nothing comes back because the rational mind has no capacity to understandthe structures of the fifth and sixth dimension. But the heart has the capacityto understand the higher fourth dimension.(having a sense of yourself in the higher dimensions) having a sense ofyourself as big, significant, very present standing among others who alsoare big and significant and very present (there is no competition, there isno push or shove, there is an alignment of grace and beauty and elegance, wisdom, standing within you you being held within you) allowing yourselfthe feeling being pleased with yourself Setting the energy (aligning your intention with the first Ray)(aligning your intention with the will of the Creator) being pleased withyourself and then becoming aware of your intention to remember yourself aligned with the love that you are and to increase your capacity tohold levels of light within the bodies and calling upon the first Ray ofcreation, the will of the Creator, and asking that your intention be blendedwith the intention of the Creator for you to remember yourself, aligned withthe love that you are, and to hold greater levels of light and then in theform of a prayer, an invocation, an asking, a request, a 'meeting halfway' calling upon the Mother-Father-God, the Christed light, the Holy Spirit, the IAM presence, all the great beings of light smiling and asking for their assistance and guidance to help you take your next step to return back tothe heart of the Creator then feeling and listening to their response Creating a crystal ball being aware of yourself in the Sanctuary of the Pink Diamond and then,right out in front of you, creating a sphere of light about twelve inches, halfa meter, in diameter placing it about two feet in front of you considering it as if it were a spherical television screen and you could walk around it,look at it from different directions walking around it perceiving it fromeach one of its locations being playful no thinking requi
