AdventHealth employees are representative ofour organization.The image that you present in communication,conduct and appearance should positivelyrepresent our organization as professional andmission-focused.Our official dress code is business casual.Full business attire may be requestedduring key meetings and events.Employees are expected to adhere to theAdventHealth dress code. Non-compliance mayresult in disciplinary action, including being asked toleave the workplace. Managers are responsible forenforcing the AdventHealth Dress Code with theiremployees.

Dress Code for WomenThe dress code for women includes dresses, dress pantsand dress skirts. Blazers are optional. Tops may not besleeveless. Clothing should be modest, clean and neatat all times. It should fit appropriately and not be frayedor wrinkled. Underwear should never be exposed.Makeup should look natural. Hair should be neatlygroomed, styled, natural in color, and professional inappearance. Extreme hairstyles are not permitted.Accessories should be limited to necklaces, earrings,wrist watches, and rings. Women may wear a singlepair of matching earrings worn on the lower lobeof the ear, and they should not exceed half an inchbelow the earlobe. No plugs, spacers or other visiblebody piercings are acceptable. Women may wearone ring or wedding set per hand. Ankle braceletsand toe rings are prohibited. Any tattoos must bekept covered and not visible during work hours.On days when the office is officially closed and yourdepartment is not scheduled to work (could apply toholidays and Sundays), you may wear modest casualattire within the office. Acceptable casual attire includeswell-maintained jeans, pants, capris, shirts and casualshoes. Shorts, tank tops, sweatpants or flip flops arenot acceptable attire at any time. If you have a businessmeeting with a guest or are otherwise instructed by yoursupervisor, you should revert back to business casual attire.

Dress Code for MenThe dress code for men includes dress pants, long sleeveshirts with buttons and collars, and dress shoes. Ties andblazers are optional. Short sleeve shirts with buttons andcollars are optional on Fridays. Clothing should be modest,clean and neat at all times. It should fit appropriately and notbe frayed or wrinkled. Underwear should never be exposed.Hair should be neatly groomed, styled, natural in color,and professional in appearance. Men’s facial hair shouldbe cleanly shaved, or neatly trimmed. Men’s hair shouldnot extend beyond the top half of the ear, nor hang outover the shirt collar. Extreme hairstyles are not permitted.Accessories should be limited to a wrist watch and onering.
