Novae has chosen Affiliate Marketing as the business model to market their products andservices. Affiliates are individuals who are looking for ways to generate additional incomeby offering the products and services through various methods approved by Novae.Novae handles all the customer service, product and service delivery, billing, and thetechnical aspects of running a business that could provide a very lucrative opportunity tothose that get involved as an Affiliate.Affiliates must agree to the Terms and Conditions, Policies and Procedures, and meetcertain qualifications to get compensated at different levels in Novae’s compensationplan.For as little as 49 per month, someone can get started as an affiliate and potentially havethe opportunity of a lifetime. The upfront fee paid by the prospective affiliate will bedetermined by the level of opportunity and benefits he or she is looking for. The higher thelevel of enrollment chosen by the prospective affiliate, the higher the income potential.Each level of Affiliate Enrollment is broken down above.Affiliates are actually compensated to refer other affiliates to get enrolled in Novae’sprogram through their personal affiliate marketing websites. CDMEMBER BENEFITS & COMMISSIONSFROM AFFILIATE PURCHASESBy maintaining an active account with Novae, Affiliates may receive benefits anddiscounts not available to the public on specific products and services. There are alsoopportunities to earn group sales volume that count towards compensation qualificationand higher amounts of residual income paid to the Affiliate! This list will grow and couldchange from time to time.CUSTOMER ACQUISITIONBONUSES (CABS)A Customer Acquisition Bonus (CAB) is a commission that is triggered when a new Affiliateobtains 1 customer point in their first 30 days. The Affiliate gains a customer point when aretail purchase is completed by a referred customer or by the Affiliate themselves. Affiliatestart-up packages, marketing material, and products with 0 volume do not count towardsgaining a customer point.The CAB is paid to the sponsor of the new Affiliate and eligible up-line Affiliates. Theamount paid depends on the type of CAB paid, the Affiliate's Career Title rank, and if thenew Affiliate and eligible up-line Affiliates are qualified to receive the CAB.For an Affiliate to earn the below CAB commissions for each level of enrollment, i.e., the 99, 299, or 499 level, the Affiliate must be enrolled at that level or higher. For example, ifJohn enrolled at the Affiliate Program level ( 99) but enrolled Sue at the Affiliate ProgramPro level ( 499), John will not receive the 100 commission in the chart because he is onlyat the Affiliate Program level. Therefore, he will only receive the 20 commissionassociated with the Affiliate Program level. For John to receive the full 100 CABcommission, John must upgrade to the Affiliate Program Pro level before the end of theweekly commission period. There is no limit to the number of sales an Affiliate can make,therefore having an unlimited income potential. Note: To receive CABs from affiliates thatupgrade, the “upgrading affiliate” must gather another customer point after the upgrade togenerate the CAB.New affiliates can graduate to higher enrollment levels by either paying the enrollmentamount or by enrolling 5 new affiliates at that enrollment level within a calendar month. So,for example, if a new affiliate wishes to be at the Affiliate Pro level but does not want to paythe 499 upfront for the program, the affiliate can enroll 5 new Affiliate Pro members withinthat calendar month and will graduate to the Affiliate Pro level.The BOLD dollar amounts below represent the CAB an Affiliate would earn on personallyenrolled Affiliates who enroll at one of the levels in the left columns. The smaller dollaramounts under each bold amount are the override CABs an Affiliate would earn when theirpersonally enrolled affiliates enroll another affiliate. The top row represents the Affiliate’scurrent rank within Novae’s compensation plan, which determines their commission below.The higher your rank as an Affiliate and the higher the enrollment level of your new affiliate,the higher YOUR commission!05

These seminars and workshops are given by top affiliates in the organization and six to sevenfigure earners, including the CEO of the organization. These events are also open to non-affiliates andcustomers. Novae will compensate affiliates for the registration of affiliates/customers within theirorganization down 5 levels that register for Novae University events, including Novae University’s VIPmembership. To qualify for commissions from a specific event, you must be registered for that event. NovaeUniversity VIP members & Affiliate Program Pro members are automatically qualified for commissions for allevents whether they are registered for the events or not. Whatever thecommissionable amount, the “Direct Commission” (Level 1) will be 80% of that and“Override Commission” will be 5% per level, down levels 2 – 5. Novae University VIPmembers that register at the discounted rates do not pay out commissions.*In order to receive the commission from the VIP Membership, you must be a VIPmember. However, if you are the sponsor of someone who purchases the VIPmembership and you’re not a VIP member, Novae will give you a 14-day window to startyour VIP with a 1000 credit.FBUSINESS FUNDINGCOMMISSIONSNovae offers 8 funding categories serving just about every funding need anyone candesire in ALL 50 states nationwide. A potential customer can apply for business fundingthrough your affiliate website. After your customer completes the application, they will benotified of offers or decline via email. Our funding team may reach out to them to discusstheir offers (if applicable) between 2-3 business days after application.If your customer is approved and funded, you will receive a commission on the 15th ofthe month following the first full month after funding; 45-75 days after application.Commission ranges between the percentages shown below from the associated fundingcategory. Affiliate Pro members will receive overrides on both personal loans andbusiness funding, 5 generations deep. The amount of commission you receive will bebased on the lender, type of funding, the borrower’s/business’s credit profile, andpotentially other deal variables. A. Customer & Affiliate Placements are extremely important when strategizing tobuild a Novae business. Each customer or affiliate that enrolls on an affiliate’swebsite is “sponsored” by that affiliate but that sponsoring affiliate has the authorityto place that affiliate/customer under another affiliate already on his or her team viathe sponsoring affiliate’s member’s lounge. This action is called “placement”. Thesponsoring affiliate has 30 days to place a customer/affiliate under another affiliate.After 30 days, the customer/affiliate cannot be moved in his or her member’slounge. If an affiliate mistakenly forgot to place the customer/affiliate within the 1st30 days, Novae Corporate can be contacted within the next 30 days of thecustomer/affiliate in question to be moved at a 25 fee per affiliate. If the customer/affiliate hasn’t been placed after 60 days, the customer/affiliate will remain where heor she is in the genealogy. If a customer/affiliate is placed incorrectly under thewrong affiliate, there will be a one-business-day grace period to get Novae Corporateto correct it.B. Monthly Residual Commissions are set amounts that are paid on the 15th dayof each month to Affiliates that achieved the above ranks between the time periodof the previous month from day 1 at 12:00am PST (Pacific Standard Time) up to thelast day of the month at 11:59 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time). Affiliates should besure to keep an eye on their report details under the tab labeled “Rank” on their“Member’s Lounge” home page to ensure they are qualified to receive commissionsat the rank expected. There is also a countdown timer on the Member’s Loungehome page that helps Affiliates identify the amount of time left to add volume duringthe monthly commission period.Affiliates must maintain the qualifying volume requirements until the 15th of thefollowing month after the previous commission period to receive the associatedresidual commission. If the Affiliate’s qualifying group volume decreases beforethe payout on the 15th, the Affiliate will be paid at the rank the volume qualifies himor her for. This issue only presents itself if Affiliates request a refund orchargeback a purchase after the commission period has ended. It is highlyrecommended to “overqualify” to solidify the expected residual commissions.HHOW TO RECEIVECOMMISSIONSNovae determines when they will pay commissions based on when sales activitytakes place in the company’s overall organizational structure.Pay Cycle for all commissions except Monthly residual income is as follows:Sales Activity will be calculated from each Saturday at 12:00am PST until thefollowing Friday at 11:59pm PST. PST is an abbreviation for Pacific Standard Time,which is the time on the west coast in the United States, for example - California.Whatever promotional rank the Affiliate qualifies for based on the volume, qualifiedlegs, leg maxes, and sales requirements, the associated commissions/bonuses willbe paid to the Affiliate on the following Thursday of that pay cycle to their NovaePersonal Account.10
Pay Cycle for Monthly Residual Income commissions is as follows:Volume will be calculated from the 1st day of the month 12:00am PST until the last day of the month11:59pm PST. To avoid any confusion, a countdown timer has been placed on the home page of eachAffiliate’s Member’s Lounge to identify how much time is left before each Monthly Commissions Periodends so the Affiliate knows how much time is left to make sales or to enroll other Affiliates to qualifyand get paid residual commissions accordingly for the following month. Whatever promotional rank theAffiliates qualify for based on the volume, qualified legs, leg maxes, and customer point requirements,the associated “Monthly Residual Commission” will be paid to the Affiliate on the 15th of the followingthe month.W-9 and WithdrawalsAfter an Affiliate enrolls with Novae, it is imperative that they complete the W-9 form located in theWelcome Letter email or under the "Support" menu in the member's lounge. Please download AND signthe document before uploading it. Affiliates' commissions will be held until a W-9 is submitted andverified.Next, the Affiliate should select their Payout Type by logging in to their member's lounge, selecting the"Finances" menu, "Payments Types" and selecting "How to Get Paid" to (1) select paper check and entertheir address or (2) add their checking account information for direct deposit or (3) select Novae Payand enter their account information for Novae Online Banking.When an Affiliate makes their initial withdrawal via direct deposit, it may take up to 8 business days foryour bank account to be verified and to receive your deposit. All subsequent, approved withdrawals willbe deposited the next business day. For Novae Pay withdrawals, funds will be available within 1 hour ofthe withdrawal approval.All withdrawal requests are reviewed on Mondays and Thursdays. If an Affiliate makes a request afterone of these days, it will pend for approval until the next approval day.
