But, for all peoplearound the world being morepositive, there has to be a negative counterbalance. So, awhole lot of negativity is going around the world as well.Sit between those two centersof good and bad, which I define as peace. You can get therethrough meditation.This planet is all about balance. When there is an earthquake, the earth is just tryingto create balance on her body.The earth is a benevolent being. The earth does not incurkarma. Her whole existence isabout maintaining a state ofbalance. The earth does not experience the duality in the waywe do, because her frequencyis similar to the angels.Now that we’re in the fifthdimension, we are all beingcalled to drop into a muchdeeper place in ourselves.Our homework on earth is tobe mindful, feel our feelings,and release them. I feel everything, but I don’t invest my energy in my body to go into whatis really good or what is reallybad, because I’m simply thencontributing to the collectivekarma. I’m all about cleaningup the collective karma andmoving into higher states ofconsciousness.Randy: People talk aboutascending or activating theirlight bodies. What is your understanding of the fifth dimension besides the singing groupin the sixties?Sonja: (laughs) The fifth dimension is a vibration or energy that our galaxy is now in.We’ve moved from the fourthdimension from the timearound the end of Atlantis until the end of the Mayan calendar. The fifth dimension isrelated to the fifth chakra, thethroat chakra. I have more clients with throat, thyroid, orneck pain issues than ever before. The fourth dimension wasrelated to the heart chakra andour understanding of the heart.Prior to that, we were in thethird dimension, which was related to the third chakra, thesolar plexus, to our obsessionwith power.The fifth dimension is a higher frequency. There are portalsof energy coming through thatare higher dimensions. Thereare tons of star beings comingthrough these different portals,energies that are here on earthright now. There are also a lotof kids being born who are starbeings.The whole human race ismaking a giant shift; a newguard is going to take over thehuman race, much as we didwhen we all incarnated at thetime of Atlantis and Lemuria.We’re going to move on andgo back to the places wherewe all came from — variousplanets and galaxies aroundthe universe. The new beingswho are incarnating will takeon this next dimension withthe human race.Randy: You mentioned thatyour Native American grandmother communicates telepathically all the time and hertelepathy was not due to herown intuition, but because ofthe connectivity that existedamong the family members.Can you share more aboutthis “group energy” or “onemindedness”?Sonja: My grandmother ison the Hopi Reservation. TheHopis are an amazing example of connectivity. They areextremely telepathic. In myfamily, everyone knows whenit’s time to get up, and we allgo. There’s no, “let’s talk aboutit” or “did someone set up atime?” Everybody just knows.One-mindedness can be extremely powerful, especiallywhen a group thinks or praysfor the same thing, such as forwater, fertility or health. Thesethings are often the focus oftribal ceremonies. Telepathyis dialed in automatically because they live closer to theearth and share the same focus. I heard about a Naval doctor, Tom Dooley, andhis work with Vietnamese warorphans. Being an orphan myself, I began to follow his humanitarian work and eventually took notes for him untilhe died at 34. After his passing, I volunteered at An LacOrphanage in Vietnam, caringfor 400 abandoned children. Athousand more waited for help.There was great need, but noroom.Once you see children inragged, dripping diapers, often three to a rusty crib thathas no mattress — they aremore like cages — it changesyou. My heart melted. Howcould I return to New York tolive a carefree life? The children depended on me. It wasa constant struggle to get milkand rice and to keep the orphanage open. I spent my lifesavings and returned to Vietnam 14 times to volunteer.Then I became Senator Jacob Javits’ secretary. Representing Senator Javits, I calledMrs. Johnson of “Johnson &Johnson” (Band-AidsTM, John-Touch the children’shands and live withintheir hearts and yousurely feel the miracle.— Betty Tisdaleson’s Baby PowderTM) and toldher about the orphanage. I could not get“my children” out of my mind.I bought a ticket to Vietnam. Butbefore I left, I called a generalat Fort Benning because theyhad empty barracks. birthdates and names for thechildren. Two days later, 219homeless children were headed to America on Air Forceplanes. Within 30 days, everychild was adopted into families. Today, they are lawyers,doctors, successful businesspeople and loving parents.Mary Ellen: HALO is a onewoman operation. How do youaccomplish everything withoutstaff and at your age?Betty: I turned 92 on September 30th and have no plansof slowing down. My goal is tohelp the African children next.Since the 1960’s, I have useddonated air miles to travel. Iearn money for HALO as a motivational speaker. 95% of donations go to the children.Mary Ellen: Can you talkabout HALO’s other accomplishments?Betty: In Afghanistan, ourchildren struggle for the basicneeds: clothing, food and education. Caves have been created from the bombings, and thepeople have turned them intocold homes and schools.
