SCM 445 Operations Planning and ControlAggregate production planning procedures, disaggregation methods in hierarchical production planning,master production scheduling, material requirementsplanning, lot-sizing, and capacity planning. SCM 460 Purchasing and Materials ManagementPurchasing policies, procedures, order specifications andagreements, supplier selection, and the role of purchasingin production planning and inventory management. SCM 465 Electronic Business ManagementA problem-based exploration of the various electronicbusiness tools and technologies required to efficientlymanage a supply chain.*Courses have prerequisites; see website for details.
