HOW TO FOLLOW THIS PROGRAMStep-by-step instructions.1. Go to Awakening Week 1, the firstaudio in your program.Listen to Awakening Week 1 everyday for a whole week (7 days).2. Find a place where you can sit byyourself, with headphones on.Next, listen to Awakening Week 2every day for 7 days.3. Get comfortable. This step isimportant!Finally, listen to Awakening Week 3for one week.4. The specific sound frequencies arecritical. This sound is calibrated toa unique frequency that stimulatesyour brain in a precise way. Avoid anyother sounds, as they can interferewith the results you experience.You can repeat this process, but it’simportant to follow the scheduleeach time for maximum results.Be patient. Even the most powerfulmedicine doesn’t work instantly.It’s okay to have a bad day. Overtime, these frequencies and guidedmeditation sessions will have aprofound impact.
