ConnellAs a serious student of the Bible and especially end time prophetic events, I am often alerted by the HolySpirit to specific things as I investigate and research certain events or topics that have an importantsignificance to the end times in which we are living. Therefore, I find it is crucial to listen to those whoare “messengers” of what is happening in these very dangerous end times. Often these “messengers” arenot Christians—but the Holy Spirit will use their experiences and the information they have because it isimportant for us as God’s people to be aware of how the forces of antichrist are at work behind the scenes.2 Cor 2:11Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not (to be) ignorant of his devices.KJV1 Peter 5:8Be careful! Watch out for attacks from the Devil, your great enemy. He prowls aroundlike a roaring lion, looking for some victim to devour. NLTEven more crucial is obeying God—as these things are revealed to us by the Holy Spirit when Satan’sstrategies are made known to us by these “earthy messengers.” We must know the mind of Godconcerning the evil things that are happening all around us—which are not generally known by themajority of people because they are uninformed—and sadly, many unfortunately choose to remain sobecause the facts are so evil and can be a very hard reality to face. Those in this position however, areplacing themselves and their loved ones in terrible danger. In order to face the reality of these terribledangers without fear—we must see these demonic evils from God’s perspective—otherwise we can easilyend up going in a direction that God never intended for us to go. The Bible is clear about thefact that Satan has an end time agenda of controlling humanity. Knowing his time is short, he is usingmany tactics to control people by controlling their minds. Our only protection is what the Bible calls the“Helmet of Salvation”— which delivers our mind from Satan’s demonic influences and tactics.1 Thess 5:8-9But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, anda helmet—the hope of salvation (the expectation to be delivered from evil) For God didnot appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. NKJVFor years I have been amazed at the number of missing children that are being reported. According to the NationalCenter for Missing and Exploited Children, roughly 800,000 children are reported missing each year in the UnitedStates -- that's roughly 2,000 per day. Other research sources put the figure well over 1 million children each year!iThe kidnapping of children for purposes of prostitution, pornography, high tech weaponry experimental abuse, mindcontrol abuse, child slave labor for underground alien-controlled facilities,ii white sex slavery, and the satanic ritualmurder of untold thousands of American children snatched from the streets and playgrounds of America by agentsworking for the CIA—is the principle reason for the existence of a covert CIA operation called "The Finders."iii TheFinders is one of the most alarming and despicable covert operations against America's children, according toTheodore L. Gunderson’s investigations,iv which helped to uncover this, but found it's only one of many covertGestapolike acts committed against American citizens by government agents under directives issued, not byCongress or the President, but rather by international Satanists collectively known as the Illuminati. Experiments on humans were intended to identify anddevelop drugs and procedures to be used in interrogations andtorture, in order to weaken the individual to force confessionsthrough mind control.Organized through the Scientific Intelligence Division of theCIA, the project coordinated with the Special Operations Division of the U.S. Army's Chemical Corps. Theprogram began in the early 1950s, was officially sanctioned in 1953, was reduced in scope in 1964, furthercurtailed in 1967 and officially halted in 1973. The program engaged in many illegal activities; in particularit used unwitting U.S. and Canadian citizens as its test subjects, which led to controversy regarding itslegitimacy. MKUltra used numerous methodologies to manipulate people's mental states and alter brainfunctions, including the surreptitious administration of drugs (especially LSD) and other chemicals,hypnosis, sensory deprivation, isolation, verbal and sexual abuse, as well as various forms of torture.The scope of Project MKUltra was broad, with research undertaken at 80 institutions, including 44 collegesand universities, as well as hospitals, prisons and pharmaceutical companies. The CIA operated throughthese institutions using front organizations, although sometimes top officials at these institutions wereaware of the CIA's involvement. As the US Supreme Court later noted, MKULTRA was:“ concerned with "the research and development of chemical, biological, and radiologicalmaterials capable of employment in clandestine operations to control human behavior."The program consisted of some 149 subprojects which the Agency contracted out to various7

Because the Agency funded MKULTRA indirectly, many ofthe participating individuals were unaware that they were dealing with the Agency.”Project MKUltra was first brought to public attention in 1975 by the Church Committee of the U.S.Congress, and a Gerald Ford commission to investigate CIA activities within the United States.Investigative efforts were hampered by the fact that CIA Director Richard Helms ordered all MKUltra filesdestroyed in 1973; the Church Committee and Rockefeller Commission investigations relied on the sworntestimony of direct participants and on the relatively small number of documents that survived Helms'destruction order.In 1977, a Freedom of Information Act request uncovered a cache of 20,000 documents relating to projectMKUltra, which led to Senate hearings later that same year. Hammond onartificially induced Multiple Personality Disorder viii--i.e., the deliberate fracturing of a person’spersonality and consciousness coupled with mind "programming": by means of ritualistic psychosexual abuse drugs EM/RF signals.According to Dr. Hammond these operations are often carried out by "satanic" cults directly linked tointelligence/military covert government agencies for the purpose of creating Monarch-type agents.Included in this report is a portion of some of his comments on this topic. I found it to be one of the mostlucid and understandable explanations of the entire system and how (tragically well) it works and hasworked, on a truly unbelievable number of people nationwide.Dr. Hammond has worked closely with a substantial number of victims of government (intelligence)run mind control operations and has a solid grasp of both the overall extent and scope of the programsand also the impact of these kinds of activities upon the personal lives of those unfortunate enough tohave been subjected to them. Following are transcribed portions from Dr. Hammond’s lecture:"At the end of World War II, before it even ended, Allen Dullesix and people from ourIntelligence Community were already in Switzerland making contact to get out Naziscientists. As World War II ends, they not only get out rocket scientists, but they also getout some Nazi doctors who have been doing mind-control research in the camps. Theybrought them to the United States.”8

They’llmake him dissociative not only through abuse, like sexual abuse, but also things likeputting a mousetrap on their fingers and teaching the parents, "You do not go in untilthe child stops crying. Only then do you go in and remove it. They start in rudimentaryforms at about two and a half and kick into high gear, it appears, around six or six and ahalf, continue through adolescence with periodic reinforcements in adulthood. Basicallyin the programming the child will be put typically on a gurney. They will have an IV inone hand or arm. They’ll be strapped down, typically naked.There’ll be wires attached to their head to monitor electroencephalograph patterns.They will see a pulsing light, most often described as red, occasionally white or blue.They’ll be given, most commonly I believe, Demerol. Sometimes it’ll be other drugs aswell depending on the kind of programming. They have it, I think, down to a sciencewhere they’ve learned you give so much every twenty-five minutes until theprogramming is done. They then will describe a pain on one ear, their right ear generally,where it appears a needle has been placed, and they will hear weird, disorienting soundsin that ear while they see photic stimulation to drive the brain into a brainwave patternwith a pulsing light at a certain frequency not unlike the goggles that are now availablethrough Sharper Image and some of those kinds of stores.Then, after a suitable period when they’re in a certain brainwave state, they will beginprogramming, programming oriented to self-destruction and debasement of the person.In a patient at this point in time about eight years old who has gone through a great dealearly programming took place on a military installation. That’s not uncommon.”"I’ve treated and been involved with cases who are part of this original mind controlproject as well as having their programming on military reservations in many cases. Wefind a lot of connections with the CIA. This patient now was in a Cult school, a privateCult school where several of these sessions occurred a week. She would go into a room,get all hooked up. They would do all of these sorts of things. When she was in the properaltered state, now they were no longer having to monitor it withelectroencephalographs, she also had already had placed on her electrodes, one in thevagina, for example, four on the head. Sometimes they’ll be on other parts of the body.They will then begin and they would say to her, "You are angry with someone in thegroup." She’d say, "No, I’m not" and they’d violently shock her. They would say the samething until she complied and didn’t make any negative response. Then they wouldcontinue. "And because you are angry with someone in the group," or "When you areangry with someone in the group, you will hurt yourself. Do you understand?" She said,"No" and they shocked her. They repeated again, "Do you understand?" "Well, yes, butI don’t want to." Shock her again until they get compliance. Then they keep adding to it."And you will hurt yourself by cutting yourself. Do you understand?" Maybe she’d sayyes, but they might say, "We don’t believe you" and shock her anyway. "Go back and goover it again." They would continue in this sort of fashion. They may review what they’d done and stopped or they might review what they’ddone and go on to new material. She said the sessions might go half an hour, they mightgo three hours. She estimated three times a week.”"Programming under the influence of drugs in a certain brainwave state and with thesenoises in one ear and them speaking in the other ear, usually the left ear, associatedwith right hemisphere non-dominant brain functioning, and with them talking,therefore, and requiring intense concentration, intense focusing. Because often they’llhave to memorize and say certain things back, word-perfect, to avoid punishment,shock, and other kinds of things that are occurring. This is basically how a lot ofprogramming goes on. Some of it’ll also use other typical brainwashing kinds oftechniques. There will be very standardized types of hypnotic things done at times.There’ll be sensory deprivation which we know increases suggestibility in anyone. Totalsensory deprivation, suggestibility has significantly increased, from the research. It’s notuncommon for them to use a great deal of that, including formal sensory-deprivationchambers before they do certain of these things.”"Now the problem is there are many different layers of alternate personalities with thisstuff. What we have up here are innumerable alters.we found out that all of this greatwork had done nothing but deal with the alters up here and had not touched themindcontrol programming. In fact it was not only intact, but we found one who washaving her therapy monitored every session by her mother, out-of-state, over thetelephone, and that she still had intact suggestions that had been given to her to kill hertherapist at a certain future time."“I have the very uncomfortable feeling from some past experience that when you lookat this you will find the large proportion of ritual-abuse victims in this country are havingtheir ongoing therapy monitored.”"I remember a woman who came in about twenty-four years old, claimed her father wasa Satanist. Her parents divorced when she was six. After that it would only when herfather had visitation and he would take her to rituals sometimes up until age fifteen. Shesaid, "I haven’t gone to anything since I was fifteen." Her therapist believed this at facevalue. We sat in my office. We did a two-hour inquiry using hypnosis. We found theprogramming present. In addition to that we found that every therapy session wasdebriefed and in fact they had told her to get sick and not come to the appointment withme.Another one had been told that I was Cult and that if she came I would know that she’dbeen told not to come and I would punish her. If anything meaningful comes out in apatient who’s being monitored like that--from what I’ve learned thus far, they’retortured with electric shocks--my belief is if they’re in that situation you can’t domeaningful therapy other than being supportive and caring and letting them know youcare a lot and you’ll be there to support them. But I wouldn’t try to work with any kindof deep material or deprogramming with them because I think it can do nothing but get10
