Achieved a charge of shortening theTexas recruitment schedule by two weeks and establish partnerships with high schools inreducing the number of “rogue” college day/night programs across the state. Accepted the charge of rejuvenating a new enrollment management professional mentorprogram. The program grew from 35 participating members to more than 90 in a twoyear span.
