TRADE IN YOUR VEHICLEIf you are facing excess mileage or wearand-tear charges, but are interested indriving a new GM vehicle, discuss trading inthe leased vehicle at your originating GMdealership. Schedule an appointment at youroriginating GM dealership to discuss yourtrade in options in more detail. After selectingyour next GM vehicle, work with the dealerto structure your new lease or purchase.TURN IN YOUR VEHICLEOnce the vehicle inspection and any repairs are completed,please make plans to turn in your leased vehicle at a GMdealership. When your leased vehicle is returned to a GMdealership, you will be provided a Vehicle Return Receipt foryour records. This receipt provides written documentationthat the vehicle was returned and verifies the currentmileage. Most importantly, this receipt confirms that thedealership turned in the vehicle so that your account canbe closed.You may receive a final invoice within 60 days of returningyour lease vehicle that could include excess wear-and-tearcharges, excess mileage charges and any remaining leaseliabilities on your account.2

Once your repairs arecompleted and before turning in your vehicle, mail or fax all repair receiptsto GM Financial so a credit can be applied to your account.
