Terms and ConditionsEligibilityThis Business Rebate Program (“Program”) provides rebatesfor the purchase of new qualifying equipment and/or services(and is not dependent on the purchase of any other productor service unless indicated.) Offer is valid for Vectren EnergyDelivery of Indiana (“Vectren”) natural gas commercialcustomers only. Qualifying commercial accounts include rates220 and 225 in Vectren Energy Delivery of Indiana North andrates 120 and 125 in Vectren Energy Delivery of Indiana South.Vectren rebate cannot exceed the cost of the equipment orservice. Offer is valid for equipment and products purchasedand installed between January 1, 2014 and December 31,2014. Financial rebates are limited and are available on a firstcome, first-served basis.VerificationVectren reserves the right to verify sales receipts and/orinstallations of products before issuing rebates. The product vendoror contractor has the option of offering customers an “instantdiscount” by reducing the Vectren commercial customer’sinvoice by the amount of the rebate. Contractor or productvendor and customer must both sign the application in orderfor customer to receive an instant discount. Vectren may refuse payment and participationif the signatory(ies), applicant(s), customer(s), or contractor(s)violate program rules or procedures.TaxesRebates are taxable if greater than 600 and will be reportedto the IRS unless you are exempt. Vectren will report yourrebate as income to you on IRS Form 1099 unless you havechecked corporation or exempt status.
