A course has noprerequisites or corequisites unless so designated.Students must have successfully satisfied theprerequisite and/or corequisite requirements for allcourses in which they enroll.Educational Work LoadPrerequisitesVENTURA COLLEGE alsooffers classes at our satellitesite in Santa Paula.A course prerequisite states the preparation requiredto successfully complete a particular course. Students must have successfullysatisfied the prerequisite and/or corequisiterequirements for all courses in which they enroll. The student shall bear theinitial burden of showing that grounds exist for thechallenge.A student’s educational work load generally consistsof 15 units of work per semester in order to makenormal progress towards an AA/AS degree and/ortransfer requirements.
