BRETTCAREBrett Faucett is what you might call a “regular guy.” Husband. Father. Businessman. But like a lotof guys, Brett wasn’t all that regular about seeing his doctor (even though his wife nudged himto go for years). Tragically, Brett was struck by not one, but two heart attacks. At age 39, Brettsurvived a widowmaker cardiac arrest thanks to emergency surgery at Wellstar. Then, a secondattack hit two years later while he was on a plane flying home to Atlanta. An ambulance racedBrett to Wellstar, where another world-class surgical team saved his life once again. Now, Brettchallenges guys like him to get heart healthy—even if it means giving up “regular guy” foodslike steak. No two people named Brett are exactly alike, and at Wellstar, we would never treatthem that way. wellstar.org/peoplecareMore than healthcare.
