Certain restrictions,limitations and/or exclusions may apply.*With three coverage levels, we’ve got you protected.Depending on the age and mileage of your vehicle,you can choose up to six additional years of protectionor up to 120,000 miles, whichever comes first.This means it covers your vehicle’s assembliesunless listed under the Exclusions section of theVehicle Service Contract.We recommend all repairs or replacements be madeat authorized Volvo dealerships to ensure only Volvogenuine new or Volvo remanufactured parts are used.Three COVERAGE LEVELS** Your Volvo Service Contract begins on the purchasedate of contract. Coverage level availability may belimited based on the age, mileage, make and modelof your vehicle. Deductible may apply.PLATINUM IS EXCLUSIONARY COVERAGE:PLATINUM EXCLUSIONS:Brake linings, brake drums and rotors, disc brakepads, standard manual transmission clutch frictiondisc, pressure plate, pilot bearing, throw-out bearingand arm, air bags, solar powered devices, glass, lenses,sealed beams, body parts and/or panels, weatherstripping, trim, moldings, lock cylinders, tires, wheels,all batteries except Hybrid/EV/Hydrogen High Voltagebatteries as listed under Gold Coverage, light bulbs,upholstery, paint, bright metal, freeze plugs, filters,heater and radiator hoses, exhaust system, catalyticconverter, shock absorbers, work such as front-endalignment or wheel balancing (except when requiredin conjunction with a mechanical breakdown), safetyrestraint systems, audio/security or other systemsnot factory installed, or vinyl and convertible tops.* See service contract for additional details.

PLAN FEATURESAll three coverage levels come with theseadditional features to keep you moving.**ALTERNATE TRANSPORTATION COVERAGEReimbursement up to 40 per day for up to 10 daysper covered mechanical breakdown. Coverage includesreimbursement for public transportation, rental carservices or ridesharing services using a licensed rentalagency, authorized dealer or ridesharing service.TOWING COVERAGEReimbursement of up to 100 in towing charges percovered mechanical breakdown.TRAVEL COVERAGEIf you’re more than 100 miles from home whenyou experience a covered mechanical breakdown,reimbursement of up to 100 per day, up to 500per occurrence, for food and lodging.FLUIDS COVERAGEReplacement of necessary fluids, oils, greases, lubricants,and approved air conditioner gases needed in conjunctionwith a covered repair.IMPROVED RESALEEach plan is fully transferable to a subsequent owner,making your car more appealing to potential buyers.FINANCINGThe cost of the selected coverage level can beincluded in the financing of your vehicle. This productis optional, cancellable and is not required to obtainfinancing.** See service contract for additional details.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONThis optional Vehicle Protection Plan will not pay orreimburse for mechanical breakdowns caused by misuse,abuse, negligence (including the negligence of any repairfacility), improper towing, lack of maintenance of the failedcovered part, contamination, damage as the result ofcontinued operation with an overheat condition, lack ofcoolant or lubricants, lack of oil viscosity, sludge, restrictedoil flow, salt, rust and rust damage, environmentaldamage or chemicals.No payment or reimbursement for the correction ofoil consumption, repair of worn rings, or any repairs forreduction in engine efficiency that must be performedon your vehicle when a Mechanical Breakdown has notoccurred. See service contract for complete details.The Vehicle Service Contract will not cover the repairor replacement of a part that is covered by anymanufacturer warranty.VOLVO CLAIMS SERVICEOur representatives will provide you with claims service,authorization and access to an authorized repair facilitynear you.
