October 2018Ranch View Middle SchoolPage 12Weight Room FundraiserOur Students:Our school offers basketball, volleyball, football, wrestling, and track. This project could reach all 875 students that attend Ranch View Middle School, and help us work on sport specific training with students.Students have P.E. quarterly and use all the equipment in the weight room, as well as the conditioning andwellness class that utilizes the space almost daily. The equipment we are asking for would allow us to more effectively teach proper lifting technique, sportspecific techniques, and get students ready for high school sports. We notice every year students have minimalknowledge on proper technique, and with minimal knowledge students run the risk of injury. With thisequipment we can teach necessary skills/technique, and improve students overall health and well-being.Equipment:Your full donation would go towards purchasing 3 full racks, 3 adjustable weight benches, rubber cased bumperplates (35s, 15s, 10 lbs), adjustable cable machine, leg curl & extension machine, sandbags, stair climber, andtreadmill. If we are able to surpass our goal we will be furnishing more functional training equipment.Donations:Any donations can be made using the following link/information.
