What sets us apart importantly extends to our career education programs.We remain the No. 1 college with the largest enrollment of students in career technical education programs in Orange County.The Course Catalog is your guide to understanding all that we offer, and it will help you beginto chart your course. The college offers more than 120 associate degrees and over 100 careercertificate programs. You can find details here on each of these programs and the steps you need to take to move through yourstudies efficiently and reach your academic and career goals.While the catalog provides the essential information about classes and enrollment, it does not replace the impact that one-on-oneguidance from a counselor can have on your success as a student. In the event acorrection or update is warranted, a catalog addendum will be published electronically andwill be available for download.Catalog RightsThe requirements for degrees and certificates may change during the time a student attendsFullerton College.Catalog rights are established when a student first takes classes at Fullerton College, and theyare maintained through continual enrollment at the college. These rights protect studentsfrom being held responsible for changes made to their academic programs in the years thatfollow their initial enrollment.Students maintain catalog rights by maintaining continuous enrollment at FullertonCollege — that is, by receiving a grade of A, B, C, D, F, CR, P, NC, NP, RD, W or I on their transcripts for at least one course per academic year. Documented military or medical leave duringthe academic year will not be considered an interruption of enrollment. About Fullerton CollegeNorth Orange Continuing EducationFounded in 1913, Fullerton College has a rich tradition of studentsuccess. As one of five institutions of higher education in thecity of Fullerton, the college is an integral part of a complexhigher education system. Fullerton College offers a comprehensive academic program of lower division transfer courses andvocational training to prepare students for transfer as well as thetechnology-driven workplace.North Orange Continuing Education (NOCE) has been serving thecommunity since 1973 with noncredit educational programs andservices from high school completion, English language acquisition, career technical education training, and self- developmentcourses.
